Located on a peninsula overlooking its own bay, the hotel is approximately 2.5 kms from the local points of interest at Avsallar. Public transport is available at the main road, which is about 500 m from the hotel. This air-conditioned beach hotel comprises all facilities expected for a high-class accommodation. Guests will find the rooms stylishly arranged, and provided with air- conditioning and a balcony or terrace. For the little ones the hotel has a mini club, and for other guests there are a number of recreational facilities to choose from. For relaxation there is the steam room and sauna with massage treatments available, as are the 3 swimming pools. Sports facilities and an entertainment programme for adults and children are available. Some facilities are shared with the property's sister hotel.

Wonderful holiday at Lonicera Resort & Spa.
Wonderful holiday at Lonicera Resort & Spa. Beautiful sandy beach, great cuisine, amazing rooms, nice entertainment. The main drawback is ubiquitous loud music. It it way too loud and sometimes lasts even after 23:00. That should be corrected, as well as food waste has to be reduced dramatically.

There is absolutely no special attention given to returning guests.
What kind of positive review are you asking us to leave?
We are returning to your hotel for the sixth time, and unfortunately, this time we were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated.
Although we are loyal returning guests, we were told to wait for our room while guests who had arrived later were given priority for early check-in. When we finally received our room, it was overlooking the back of the hotel, with a very loud transformer/equipment from another hotel, making the room far from comfortable.
What disappointed us even more was the complete lack of attention to our family. When I asked for at least a towel for my child while we were waiting, I was simply told: “You will get them in your room.” When I asked when we would receive the room, the answer was essentially: “We don’t know. Wait.”
At the same time, we had brought sweets for the hotel and even left tips, as we always try to show our appreciation. Unfortunately, the attitude we received in return was very different from what we expected from a hotel where we are staying for the sixth time.
I then went to Guest Relations and asked why returning guests receive no special attention or even basic consideration. In many hotels, loyal guests are valued and treated with particular care.
The response from three Guest Relations employees was especially shocking. With an arrogant attitude, they told me:
“Many people return to our hotel, so we do not give special attention to returning guests.”
When I asked them again for towels for my child, I was once again simply told to wait.
Is this really how Lonicera Hotels treats guests who have chosen your hotel six times?
We did not expect VIP treatment. We expected basic courtesy, respect and a little appreciation for our loyalty.
So before asking us to leave a positive review, perhaps you should first ask yourselves why a guest who has returned to your hotel six times is leaving this time feeling completely ignored and disappointed.
