Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel

Bar staff excellent and Agdat was very helpful- great at mixing cocktails another staff where always clean and tidy and willing to help

We booked this last minute and got a really good deal for the 2nd week in September. The location was lovely, the hotel had its own private beach and the sea was safely cornered off for safety. Out side the hotel was a good sized Bizzar which sold a variety of goods. We didn't need to leave the complex as there was plenty of space and walking around daily I was easily getting in 8k steps a day! And the food was really good freshly made breads, pasta dishes , waffles, omelettes etc... .

We had a meal one of al a Carte restaurant which was included in the all inclusive deal for one night , we chose the Asian, it was really nice !

Our room was the superior double, it was for 4 people we were just 3 and struggled with storage space . I am glad I used the travel bags as I just kept my clothes in them , my daughter lived out of her open suitcase and my husband had the shelves. The rooms view was at the back but to be honest it was nice for shade in the evening and very quiet as they had construction going on but it was not being worked on.

The staff were very friendly and looked after us through out the hotel. The entertainment crew took my daughter out to the night club while we were there and looked after her !

The evening entertainment was also very good and some very talented dancers etc...

All in all a great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to have total relaxation !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Numa Bay – The staff made our holiday

We’ve just returned from Numa Bay and wanted to leave a proper review because simply saying we had a great holiday doesn’t really do it justice.

The hotel itself was lovely, but what really made this holiday for us was the staff. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels over the years, but I honestly can’t remember staying anywhere where so many members of staff made such an effort to get to know you and make sure you were enjoying your holiday.

The bar staff were brilliant throughout our stay. Peri, Lina, Diana, Kris and Halil İbrahim, along with the rest of the team, were friendly, attentive and constantly making sure everyone was looked after. The service was excellent and always came with a smile.

A very special mention has to go to Bagdat. What a fantastic guy. He went above and beyond for us throughout the holiday. He was always there, always attentive and genuinely seemed to care that we were enjoying ourselves. Nothing was ever too much trouble. He is an absolute credit to the hotel.

Then there was Mehmet, flying around on his roller skates delivering drinks! 😂 He seemed to work relentlessly all day, every day. Constantly coming past asking, “Can I get you a drink?” and making sure nobody was sitting with an empty glass. Brilliant service and another member of staff who worked incredibly hard.

A massive thank you also has to go to Annabelle and Lauren from guest relations. These two were absolutely fantastic. They spent time with us every day, checked that everything was okay and made sure that if we needed anything it was dealt with. By the end of the holiday they didn’t really feel like hotel staff anymore — we felt we’d made two lovely friends. That says a lot about the atmosphere at Numa Bay.

The entertainment team were superb as well. Gaston and Brown were great guys and the whole team worked incredibly hard.

We became particularly good friends with Alfonso. He came over every day to see how we were doing, spent time chatting with us and joined us dancing and partying in the evenings. Another genuinely lovely person who helped make the holiday what it was.

And then there’s Poison. 😂 I’m still not convinced this man actually sleeps! He simply does not run out of energy. Non-stop from morning until night, always partying, getting people involved and creating an atmosphere. A naturally brilliant entertainer.

A special mention also to Bambi, the young Polish girl on the entertainment team. Although she generally spent a lot of her time with the Polish guests, she regularly came over to talk to us and would dance with my wife at the parties. Such a lovely girl.

Credit also has to go to the head of entertainment. Putting together and managing a team like that isn’t easy, and they did a fantastic job. There was always something happening and the team genuinely seemed to enjoy what they were doing.

Finally, Veysel, one of the managers, deserves a special mention. What a lovely guy. He would regularly come over personally just to ask if everything was okay, whether we were enjoying our holiday and whether there was anything we needed.

And that’s something that really stood out about Numa Bay. You don’t normally expect managers to be that involved with guests. There wasn’t a feeling of management hiding away in an office somewhere — they were visible, approachable and genuinely interested in whether people were having a good holiday.

A mention to the two gentlemen that clean around the pool as well and the cleaning lady 2312 . Every day making sure we had water and were looked after fantastic staff

There are undoubtedly people whose names we’ve forgotten, and if we’ve missed anyone we apologise because the whole team worked incredibly hard.

We arrived as guests, but by the time we left there were people there that genuinely felt like friends.

Thank you Numa Bay, and especially thank you to the staff. You made our holiday.
