€2,000 and an ID Card Stolen from the Room!!!
I stayed at this hotel with my friends from September 7th to 16th 2026, and just like someone mentioned in a review 3 months ago, we experienced a theft as well. It seems like there is a whole group working together — they know when you go for breakfast or dinner, when you are at the pool, and then they get into your room. There was also a man named Serjan who asked us if there was any problem with the room. My friends had reported an electrical issue, so they gave him their room number. He then arranged for an electrician to enter the room. They even gave Serjan a tip for helping them. We later discovered that money and an ID card were missing.The room was entered AGAIN afterwards, which makes the situation even more suspicious and raises serious questions about who had access to the room. My friends had their ID card and €2,000 STOLEN. They reported it to the reception and asked them to call the police, but the hotel REFUSED. They had to call the police themselves, and they came to the hotel and took fingerprints from the room. The Polish consulate and the travel agency are also now involved. P.S The food was actually quite good.

My boyfriend and I are having such a great time here. We really enjoy the atmosphere, the service, and just being able to relax and enjoy our vacation. We’re very happy we chose this hotel and would definitely come back again!
