Corendon Playa Kemer

We had a wonderful stay at Corendon Playa Kemer in Beldibi. The beach with its wooden pier is lovely, the sea is crystal clear, and the food is excellent, with plenty of variety and a 24/7 food court. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team Yulia and Victoria, who were always friendly and quick to help with anything we needed. The staff looking after the cabanas on the pier (Çiğdem and Seyran) were also fantastic: attentive, polite, and always one step ahead. Highly recommended!

Location - Not great, nothing to do in the surrounding area, taxis are expensive for short trips cost me £50 for a 30 min round trip to Kemer. And the food in Kemer is expensive. We ate at the Marina nothing special but the Bill certainly was. Atmosphere - This hotel is what I would describe as an 18-30s experience for predominantly Russians. Had no trouble whatsoever but it was hard to communicate with staff. Hard of English most of them. Although some staff are lovely (shout out Aziz behind the bar) we found a few of the staff to be rude/dismissive upon realising we are English. (We aren’t all drunk idiots) Room - For the 2k + we paid for our 14 night stay the room is very small I’ve had much better rooms in 3/4 star hotels - having said that the room has everything you need and is serviced promptly daily. If you are given any rooms facing the pool area I’d expect not being able to sleep till gone midnight the club event on the pier is extremely loud (we were given a ground floor room right next to the food court) and the noise is extreme. Also the party continues into the food court and we had to phone security a couple of times to ask people to move on from playing music right outside our room/food court at gone 3am! Amenities - The spa is a great experience I fully recommend on your first day and the sauna and steam room being free for our entire stay was great. The event staff are great - Darts is probably the highlight of most people’s day for those who are into it. The gym is limited but state of the art Technogym equipment, treadmills x2, Crosstrainer, Standard bike and seated bike all with screens. Double Cable pin loaded weight section as well has 1x bench and free weights up to 25kg. Food - Food at the hotel is brilliant there are so many choices and it changes regularly but keeping some of the staples each day. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner all great and the food court offers a full menu with a variety of meals. Drink - Drinks everywhere in the hotel are bang on if you enjoy a cocktail/spirit and mixer you won’t be dissatisfied. And they don’t hold back with measures!
