Family holiday experience 10/10
An Absolutely Amazing Family Holiday We had the most fantastic holiday and honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were travelling as a family with ages ranging from our youngest at just six months old to our oldest at 70, and the hotel catered brilliantly for everyone. There was something for everybody — so much for the children to enjoy and just as much for the adults. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had the best possible experience.
We were also incredibly lucky to be upgraded from our hotel room to a villa for the last four nights of our stay, which made an already fantastic holiday even more memorable.
One particular member of staff who really stood out was our butler, Emrah. Emrah was exceptional and truly went above and beyond for our family. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the care and attention we received made such a difference to our stay. Emrah is a real credit to the hotel.
The food throughout our stay was phenomenal, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone.
We would highly recommend staying here, especially for families. There is so much for the kids to do, while the adults have plenty of opportunities to relax, enjoy themselves and be looked after.
We absolutely loved our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Emmy, for making our holiday so unforgettable!
Exceptional Luxury and Unforgettable Service
Our family recently stayed at Club Prive by Belek, and the experience was nothing short of spectacular. The villas themselves are absolutely wonderful spacious, impeccably designed, and offering the perfect private retreat.
However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the world-class hospitality. A massive thank you to our phenomenal hosts, Deniz Eriş and Ömer Şahin. With them, the feeling of luxury service genuinely knows no limits. They went above and beyond to ensure our family felt completely pampered and experienced the highest level of luxury at every turn.
If you are looking for the ultimate luxury getaway in Belek, this is it. Highly recommended!

The 24/7 service is outstanding. A special thank you to our amazing assistants, Rydvan and Mira — they were always ready to help, day or night. Their attention and hospitality made our stay even more special. Huge thanks to both of them! 🙏🏻
The beach and cabanas were fantastic, and the cleanliness was 100%. Everything was spotless and well maintained.
The SPA was also excellent. Special thanks to Binyan, who is very skilled in traditional Chinese acupuncture — highly recommended!
The only downside is that the fitness center is a little outdated, and unfortunately there is no vitamin bar/fresh juice station.
Overall, a fantastic place with excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
