Amazing & Relaxing
A beautiful experience The ambience was nice although the hotel was full but we didn’t feel it everything went smooth The staff in general were very friendly & cooperative We like to thank our Assistants Sena & Tuğce they were very helpful always willing to help & to go the extra mile they are really a good addition to the hotel & they reflect a good image to the hotel they were Amazing & friendly checking on us if we need anything Our room was spacious & always clean thanks a lot Cemile Varlik our morning shift cleaning lady You were marvelous also I would like to thank the evening shift lady cleaning our room you were Amazing cleaning Room 5154 At the pool we like to thank Mehmet roller skate he was very helpful All the staff at the pool 16+ were friendly Also the staff at the main restaurant & 24/7restaurants were amazing 1 One thing please check the soap In the toilets on 0 floor & -1 floor Thank you p
