Family stay at Ela Excellence Belek
We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at Ela Excellence Belek and genuinely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Travelling with our 11- and 9-year-old children, we were looking for somewhere that offered plenty for them to do while still feeling relaxing for us and Ela absolutely delivered.
Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our stay, with daily cleaning and the minibar restocked regularly.
The kids’ facilities were fantastic. Both boys absolutely loved the pools and slides, as well as the kids’ and teens’ clubs. There was genuinely so much for them to do. There was plenty of space around the pools too, and despite not heading out some mornings for a sunbed until after 11am, we were still able to find loungers.
The food was a real standout.We ate at five of the à la carte restaurants during our stay and every single meal was delicious. The quality was consistently excellent, and this was matched by the fantastic service throughout the hotel. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and attentive.
A special mention has to go to Alp at Ela Anatolian. He was brilliant! He remembered our drinks orders and seemed to know what we wanted before we’d even sat down! He was incredibly attentive, engaging and made a real effort to chat with the children, which they loved.
The service around the pool was also exceptional. There was a lovely member of the team delivering drinks to guests around the kids’ pool on roller skates (unfortunately I can’t remember his name), and he was constantly checking whether the children needed drinks or snacks. It was such a lovely touch and really showed how much the staff go above and beyond.
Mehart at breakfast also deserves a mention. He was so attentive, remembered the children’s names and their usual drinks orders, and always made us feel so well looked after.
The hotel grounds are truly beautiful, incredibly well kept, picturesque and spacious. There are lots of lovely areas to relax, and we particularly enjoyed the area around the coffee shop in the afternoons for a coffee or ice cream. The gentleman working in the coffee shop was also absolutely lovely and always so friendly.
The Ela app was another great feature and made everything so easy. We used it to make restaurant reservations, book the spa and make requests during our stay.
Our son also celebrated his 9th birthday while we were there, and the hotel arranged a beautiful birthday cake in the shape of the Ela bear in our room for us to discover when we returned from a day trip. He absolutely loved this and made his birthday even more special.
Overall, we had a truly fabulous stay. The combination of beautiful surroundings, fantastic food, brilliant facilities for children and, most importantly, such genuinely friendly and attentive staff made Ela Excellence Belek a very special place to spend a week.
We would highly recommend it to families looking for a fantastic holiday.

All fur coat and no………
I give it two stars…..tough but based on our experience.
Checked into room 2512 on the 2nd Aug and really impressed with the place. Great welcome - cannot fault the arrival.
After that, all hell broke loose which will culminate in a meeting with hotel management tomorrow.
The rooms have as much sound insulation as a perforated egg box. The room next door to us have kept us awake every night until as late as 1.30am. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and we don’t stay out late. Despite this, the seventh night of disturbances, the hotel management have done nothing to resolve the issue. Nothing. We were offered to move to a smaller room which we declined. We should we compromise when we are the ones suffering ?.
Having paid £13,000 for 10 nights, we would never, ever return. Not because the hotel isn’t lovely - it is. The reality of Turkey is there are many 5 star places to stay. The one thing you cannot grade is the quality of the hotel management……and this place is 1 star when it comes to that.
Hey ho…….never ever to return……..which is a really sad state of affairs given the potential of the place,

Ela Excellence Resort in Antalya exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the 5-star hospitality was incredible. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean. We loved the variety of high-quality dining options, stunning pool areas, and direct beach access. The staff works tirelessly to ensure every guest feels special. Truly a paradise in Belek—we are already planning our return!

Great scape for kids and families -ELA Excellence Resort Belek
Our experience at ELA Excellence Resort Belek has been truly wonderful, especially as a family with children. What makes this hotel even better is the amazing staff. Everyone we met was friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
The Kids Club is amazing. My children felt very comfortable there, and they really enjoyed all the activities. There are so many fun things for children to do, from playing LEGO and enjoying the kids’ pools to having waffles and ice cream. The activities are enjoyable and well organized, and my kids were always excited to go back.
The food is very good, and the buffet is beautiful with a great variety. I have a lactose intolerance/allergy, so I was especially happy to find such a good variety of food that I could enjoy. The quality and selection made meals much easier and more enjoyable for me.
One of the highlights for us was the fish! My son normally doesn’t like fish at all, but he enjoyed the fish here so much that he became a fish lover! Thank you, ELA, for that. 😊
Our story with ELA is also quite special. My sister recommended this hotel to us, and then my daughter actually made a presentation about ELA on the computer to convince us to book it! Now that we are here, she is extremely happy with our decision. Seeing how much she and her siblings are enjoying the resort makes us very happy.
A very special thank you to Assistant Mehtap. She was my daughter’s assistant last year, and this year she became our family assistant. We genuinely feel so lucky to have her. She is amazing, attentive, kind, and always ready to help. Her personal attention made a big difference to our experience.
There are just a few things that I believe could be improved. The air conditioning needs to be more reliable and consistent, especially at night. Also, some of the equipment and facilities look a little old and could benefit from being renewed or updated.
Other than these points, everything was amazing. We had a wonderful family holiday, and most importantly, our children were happy, comfortable, and entertained throughout our stay.

Great place for family stay
Great place for visiting with family. Make sure to bring an extra family member or a nanny to look after your kids so that you can enjoy many of the resorts great facilities!
