I took my 10-year-old daughter here for a break before school started, and we both loved it. There were plenty of activities available, especially if you enjoy swimming pools and water parks. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Unlike some other hotels I have visited, nobody approached me asking for tips. However, I genuinely felt that the staff deserved to be rewarded for their excellent service. I would have given this hotel 5 stars, but there is one issue that guests should be aware of. The hotel appears to share guest details with the travel and tour agencies operating inside the hotel. We purchased an Antalya tour that was advertised as including the Old Town, market, boat trip, and waterfalls. Unfortunately, the tour included two unplanned stops at businesses selling leather goods and silver jewellery. The sales tactics were extremely aggressive, with staff constantly following visitors around their enclosed stores and often targeting children. It was a very uncomfortable experience. These unscheduled shopping stops took over five hours of the tour. My daughter became so frustrated and bored that I eventually took a taxi from Antalya back to the hotel. Please be cautious when booking excursions through the tour agencies located inside the hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding any tours sold by the agencies or tour representatives inside the hotel. That said, if I can afford it, I would happily return to this hotel in the future. The hotel itself was excellent, but next time I will avoid booking any tours through those agencies.
Lovely hotel and friend staff
Fantastic customer service from Nigar
Over priced and not a 5 star hotel. I would rate this a 2 star at best. Insanely busy and we went end of July before the main schools summer break. Rooms - tired, old, and paper thin walls. Food - repetitive, tasteless and boring. Staff - kind but clearly over worked. The swimming pools - oddly designed and no sun beds. To say we were unimpressed is an understatement. Alcohol clearly diluted as I had over 15 cocktails and felt nothing. Would not recommend unless you like a hotel with insane amount of guests and screaming kids until 1am.
Hotel, clean and tidy, staff are polite and helpful over all so far. We are half way throw our stay. There is lots to do here from pools, water parks, bars, entertainment.
