This is a fantastic resort for our golf trip. 8 friends and all happy. Ahmed made our stay even better. Opened our sparkling wine in style 😁 Cheers Thorsteinn
We recently stayed at the Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek for a one week holiday with our kid. It is a lovely property—very classy and up to date. The hotel is best suited to those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and are not looking for daily parties. It is very quiet, yet offers daily shows and entertainment for both adults and children. Every evening, guests can enjoy live classical music during dinner (classic music, opera and more) and at night live bands perform in the bar area by the sea. The rooms look new (or recently renovated). We stayed in a sea-view room on the third floor. The bathrooms are spacious, and the hotel provides welcome amenities for children, including children’s shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and a bath sponge. They also provided a cute yellow bathrobe and small slippers for the little ones, which our son loved.
The food was good—exactly what you would expect from a Kempinski property. We especially loved the lunches at the Palm Lounge next to the beach.
The hotel is not kids only hotel, but it has everything you would want for your little one without having to chase him all around :) -very nice, cozy kids’ club, two kids’ pools—one with slides and a playground. Two wonderful nannies at the kids’ club, Yana and Gemra, make it all worthwhile. Our kid didn’t want to leave the kids’ club, and we noticed the same with other children there. Both Yana (who speaks Russian and English) and Gemra (who speaks Turkish, English, and German) are kind and loving, playing with and entertaining the children all the time.
Many staff members speak Russian, which is important for Russian-speaking guests. The beach area is very nice, and the lady in charge of the sunbeds is very helpful, always making sure each guest has what they need. We never had any trouble finding a sunbed, even on busy days.
We will definitely be back!
The location of the hotel was excellent considering we were playing golf at The Pasha and Sultan courses. The atmosphere overall was sadly lacking-a massive space but not many people around. Our room (150) was ok-nothing special. There was mildew around parts of the shower cubicle. Hairdryer provided was a waste of space, this was changed several times by the hotel but quality is poor. Considering how much we paid for the holiday, I feel the value for money was low. Although the cleaners came in each day, they didn’t do much cleaning! Randomly they would replace the odd towel rather than all of them. Replenishment of the minibar was also sporadic. As far as service is concerned-the ladies in red are a great asset to the hotel-they are very professional and approachable, the staff in the bars and restaurants are also very efficient-unfortunately I can’t say the same about the bar service around the pool area. This was at the best poor and at worst non existent. Overall this is a 5 star hotel offering a 3-4 star experience-I won’t be staying here again!
Our stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek was simply exceptional. We were extremely satisfied with everything – from the beautiful surroundings and stunning Lagoon Villa to the excellent food and outstanding service. The Lagoon Villa was beautiful, comfortable, and offered us the perfect combination of privacy and luxury. We also greatly appreciated the quality and variety of the food, as well as the friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the entire staff.
Throughout our stay, we experienced a very high level of service and a genuine focus on guest comfort. Everything was perfectly organised, and the staff were always kind, helpful, and professional.
The hotel offers exactly what we expect from the Kempinski brand – high standards, elegance, comfort, and first-class service. Once again, Kempinski has proven to us why it is a brand we can truly rely on.
Thank you for a wonderful stay, the great atmosphere, and an unforgettable experience. We can highly recommend Kempinski Belek and will definitely be happy to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What impressed me General staff — consistently polite, helpful, and friendly. Reception — efficient, professional, and quick. “Ladies in Red” team — genuinely excellent; they stand out as the most polished part of the hotel.
Where it fell short 🥤 Pool & Bar Service At the swim‑up bar, I waited almost 20 minutes one afternoon with no bartender present at all. I eventually had to ask the towel attendant to find someone.
Lunchtime service around the pool was consistently slow — one waiter covering the entire area.
Only one bartender at the swim‑up bar, and when large groups arrived (especially those ordering multiple cocktails), service for everyone else essentially stopped.
Oddly, more staff appeared later in the afternoon, so the lunchtime shortage feels avoidable. Rooms
Rooms are fine, but not luxurious — they look tired and dated.
My bathroom (room 146) had black mould around the edges, which is unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one marketed as 5‑star luxury.
Food was okay, nothing special.
The Italian à la carte night cost €25 extra per person, but the meal was no better than the main buffet.
It feels like an upsell rather than a genuinely elevated dining experience.
Pricing & Policies The hotel feels like a money‑making machine at times.
Example: my friend requested milk for his coffee, and reception said room service would charge for delivering it.
For a luxury hotel, charging for basic items like milk is tone‑deaf.
Final Verdict
Would I stay at the Kempinski Dome again?
Absolutely not.
It delivers a 4‑star experience at best, but charges 5‑star luxury prices. The staff are wonderful, but the operational standards, room quality, and service consistency simply don’t match the brand or the cost.
