Amazing hotel and staff, would highly recommend

Well what can I say, we have just returned off the best holiday we as a family has ever been on. Everything from the waiters/waitresses delivering your drinks to you on roller skates via a QR code on ever sun lounger to the stunning ala carte restaurants on offer that you can use once for every one. When we first arrived we checked in and were upgraded to a double room which started the holiday off well, the amenities and the majority of the staff were attentive and friendly, a special mention goes to Bilal Yildaz who was speedy with the drinks delivery and very friendly to talk to. The Greek, Asian and Italian Ala Carte restaurants were lovely and great quality food, with drinks being constantly topped up, the steak restaurant was very average and the steak a bit chewy which was a slight blemish on the dining experience. The Olympic style swimming pool was great and the other two pools served they’re purpose too, the Rixy kids clubs and staff were very friendly and offered daily activities like painting and bracelet making every day which kept our 3 year old occupied, the splash park was also well laid out away from the pools to not coincide with adult swimming, there was also a softplay, play room with loads of toys and a projector room which was also brilliant. A special mention goes to the Godiva cafe which closed at 11pm, and offered high quality desserts and treats, the entertainment was also of a high standard with britains got talent style acts of highly skill and kids shows which were of a good quality, the buffet restaurant which we hardly used due to having so much food to try was decent as well as we always found something to eat there and a kids buffet connected which offered more range of food again, the drinks menu also offered all branded selection of drinks which made the experience that much better. The final perk was the free access to the land of legends theme park which was a nice incentive to staying there, all in all a 10/10 experience and would definitely go back again, my only slight criticism would be a small minority of the staff were’t as friendly as others but you can get that with most hotels.
