The entertainment
Elif from the entertainment team was great! She did an amazing job (sports). Thanks to her our holidays even nicer were even better!
430 euros stolen!
My family and I had 430 euros stolen from us while we were out of our room. Room service must live a good life since they apparently have the right to search through your bag and take money, even from a 15-year-old! We demand compensation, or this will have consequences!
Avoid this "5" star hotel at all cost!
Stolen money from two different rooms
Hello,
We are extremely disappointed and angry about what happened during our stay at Sueno Deluxe Belek.
After leaving the hotel, we discovered that €430 in cash was missing from two different hotel rooms. €80 was missing from one room and €350 from the other. The money was kept in our wallets inside our backpacks.
This is completely unacceptable. We expect the hotel to take this matter seriously and investigate who had access to both rooms during our stay.
We should never be worried about hiding stuff in the locker as we pay for a 5 star hotel and this kind of stuff should never happen

Sueno Deluxe Belek is an excellent hotel, with great territory, delicious food, amazing beach, great service & cleaningness .I would advice it to all friends and relatives.Special thanks to Izzat erol kiric - it manager of Sueno hotels , who helped me with booking this hotel and Asel from guest relations.It was my second time in this hotel and it even got better, will come back again for sure.

The staff members are exceptionally polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The beach and pool services, the prompt food delivery, and the aquapark entertainment were all very well organized. The memories we made at the amphitheater became the highlight of our trip and added a special touch to our vacation. Thank you very much for creating such wonderful memories for us.
