Built in 2007, this golf hotel has 174 rooms in a beautiful setting, surrounded by a lake. Too many drunks!!
The hotel itself looked tired, and dinner was average, however if you go to the other Delux Hotel on the resort, different story, very nice buffet dinner with big selection to cover all diets and nice atmosphere. I think, and know I may get shot down here, the other guests let the hotel down and feel ashamed to be English. Too many people over indulging on free alcohol leads to stupid people being rude, aggressive, swearing towards the staff which is a great shame and must be hard for them to have to put up with this type of behaviour on a daily basis. We found most of the staff charming and helpful. Moral of the story, drink less, be respectful. Shame others have let the side down and perhaps the hotel should look at a policy of not serving after a certain amount of drink which will only lead to aggressive behaviour and foul language. Shame, golf was good .

Stolen money from room
£120 was taken out of my room. Through key card usage they knew it was the cleaners but denied it. Staff were rude and totally unhelpful
