Overall perfect except…
Overall it was really good only thing we really didn’t like the waitresses in the main restaurant outside… they were not friendly and talking to foreigner tourists all the time… we have been waited 15 minutes to get a service… and the guy was unhappy… I got my drinks for my family several times…. He was really rude and mean… But the rest of the employees were really nice especially in the pool bar..
Amazing Animation Team!
We had the best holiday! Food amazing, drinks good, great cleanliness but the animation team really made our holiday! Mehmet and Hakan were great and our standout star was Shasha, she was outstanding our whole holiday and always made us feel so included and made sure we was having a great time! She really made our holiday! Thank you team, we will see you again next year ❤️
Good hotel experience
Hotel was adequately equipped with all things a 5* hotel would have. We had a deluxe room with large balcony and steps down to pool area, this pool was much colder than the main pool. The room was large and comfortable although there were a few issues to start with, one being a faulty socket that got fixed immediately the other was a sharp edge on fixings which didn't. Fridge was stocked daily but make sure he comes in and doesnt just hand you 2 bottles of water. Buffet was very busy, not keen on cats wandering around the tables. There may have been a language problem regarding gluten free food as I was directed to vegan (which was sitting beside cereals etc, not aware of cross contamination) also there is a gf table with some dishes of cold veg on it, nothing special. They did eventually put allergen list up with foods, but not always. We ate twice in Italian as that felt safer again questioned when I ordered cream, as vegans wouldn't have it! Experienced gf will manage fine. Food was well presented and plentiful at buffet and theme nights were daily. Drinks were premium and branded and no end to ice lollies etc so you were kept hydrated and well fed all day. Water in fridges for you to help yourself all day long. The pool area was pleasant although getting a bed can be tricky, towels are just left when people leave so beds are not used for a large part of the day. We did enjoy the large pool. Can't comment on entertainment as we only briefly visited.
Awesome hotel
Wow what a hotel. Wanted something a bit special for my 50th birthday and susesi certainly delivered! The staff never stopped! Room was massive and the bed was even bigger ( me and hubby couldn’t reach each other with our arms outstretched!) food was amazing and in abundance, I have never seen so much food served by a hotel before! Everywhere was spotlessly clean! The pool was amazing as was the beach and the pier! The only thing that ruined it was other patrons thinking they are owed something and being rude to staff and the people! It costs nothing to have manners and be kind and when the staff are as amazing as the ones here they don’t need to be spoken to like that! Would recommend this hotel everyday if the week! Loved it thank you and we will see you again x

Nice hotel to stay with family
I would like to thank the staff of Susesi Luxury Resort hotel for kindness, immediate response for my big family’s demands! We have been upgraded the suit to more wider one for free since the family consists of 5 members. I was very pleased to get back the baby bottle at very late evening time despite the lost and found office was closed already, this exceptional attitude made me really happy as I avoided my baby’s cry due to no missing baby bottle. I would also thank mr. Uruk for nice service at Mexican Ala carte restaurant, his attention to details, kindness and support to serve a family with small kids was at high level.
Overall this is my 2nd visit of this hotel within past 2 years, I loved this hotel so much that I would hopefully return here for next vacation!
Well done to everyone involved in making clients holiday unforgettable!
