Best hotel I’ve ever been to!!!
This hotel is honestly 10/10!! Staff are friendly and always smiling. The hotel is spotless, and smells amazing. The food caters for all and is delicious (all throughout the day). Ice coffees are great. Waffles in the day are delicious with numerous toppings!! Sunbeds are very comfortable and the pool area is clean and tidy. I wouldn’t say there were Sunbed wars, but to make sure you get Sunbeds right by the pool, you would need to be down by 8am the latest. Towels were being taken by the staff so I wouldn’t put them down and then disappear for hours (which is very annoying anyways). Food court could also get a bit busy depending on what time you went down for dinner but you could always find a table and “ques” went down pretty fast. I would 100% recommend the Teppanyaki À la Carte, it was brilliant, well worth the money. The hotel is also aesthetically pleasing, great for photos. Even the little things like the dressing gown and slippers in the rooms, also the box full of toiletry accessories (nail clippers, ear buds, nail file etc). All in all, this hotel is worth it and I would return in a heart beat!

EFE took great care of our evening for us, nothing was too much trouble for him, great fun for the kids, very accommodating to our requests.
Worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, but the taxi situation is unacceptable
The hotel itself is solid -nice beach, good staff, pleasant amenities. 5-star material in that regard.
Deducting 2 stars for two issues:
- Room maintenance: Ceiling in room 4402 was visibly damaged throughout my stay (photo attached). Reported it, got ignored. Not what I'd expect from a "deluxe" property.
- Taxi monopoly on site: This is the bigger problem. The hotel allows a local taxi group to operate exclusively on their property. When I ordered an Uber, their drivers physically blocked the road with their cars to chase him away. They then quoted me $70 USD for a 25-minute airport ride- well over double the normal rate. Turkish law requires taxis to use meters, but these drivers refused. The hotel staff were aware and did nothing to intervene or offer an alternative. As a guest, I felt trapped and intimidated.
Management needs to break this arrangement. It's unsafe, overpriced, and leaves a terrible last impression on visitors.
Very good hotel for families .
Excellent hotel for families . Kids club was excellent and gave our kids something to do out of the sun . Waterpark excellent and a nice distraction from the pool . All snack bars were really good quality . Italian and Turkish down at the beach particularly good . The beach cabanas on the pier we did the one day the service was first class . Italian restaurant we booked was amazing quality . Tanner who served us was an excellent host and really made the experience . Bar codes on Sunbeds for drinks were very nice touch to order drinks Ibrahim and another lady with long hair didn’t catch his name were amazing on the roller skates and bought drinks out very quickly . The sunbed situation was very good able to go out at 10am and still have loungers available and staff clearing beds of towels which clearly were not in use for a long period this was a major plus for us . Restaurant breakfast and evening meal was really good lots of choices for everyone and all food of a good standard .
Amazing service
Staying in the Maldives suite, the service has been unbelievable. Anytime we order anything it is with us straight away! Would highly recommend
