TUI MAGIC LIFE Belek

I stayed at TUI Magic Life Belek in September 2026, and it was my 3rd vacation at this hotel. I returned because I really enjoyed my previous stays and knew what to expect – easy organization and travel, a great hotel and excellent service.

Hotel: The rooms are located in very cozy villas surrounded by a beautiful and well-maintained garden. The hotel grounds are not overwhelmingly big, with fast and easy access to the reception, restaurants, pools, beach and rooms. The whole place is very tasteful and charming. It is also very kids-friendly, with an aqua park, playground and other attractions for children.

Rooms: The Superior Suite was quite spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The majority of balconies are quite small, but big enough for two people to sit outside.

Restaurants: Magico is spacious and clean, and there was never an issue with finding a table. Really great food – varied and fresh, with something for everyone! The staff were very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to our waitress Filiz – super friendly, professional and fast.

À la carte restaurant Levante: I strongly recommend having dinner there. It has a beautiful and charming location on the deck terrace, amazing Turkish food – delicious and fresh – and fantastic service. Special thanks to our waiter Ahmet Emre, who was always nearby, making sure we didn't miss anything!

Wunderbar: The main bar, open 24/7, is located in the central area of the hotel. There are plenty of tables around, everything is very clean, and there is a great vibe. All the bartenders were great – super fast and professional. Most activities, first for kids and later for adults, took place on the stage near the bar. Every evening was an opportunity to listen to some music or even dance.

Entertainment team: Amazing! Friendly, proactive and welcoming. Great daily activities and evening parties! A special shout-out to Kgomotso, Fabrizio and Jason – people with great vibes and personalities!

Beach: Sand and pebbles. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach and on the lawn next to it, so there was no drama and no fighting over them. The main pool might be a different story, but I never went there.

Overall, I really liked everything, especially the beautiful layout of the garden and common areas, but most of all the staff – from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant/bar/entertainment teams.

I am sure I will go there again!

A sound hotel with basic 4*- 4plus facilities but as a couple who have stayed in 20+ 5 hotels across Turkey, (Cornelia, Titanic, Dallaman Hilton, Liberty, Jiva Beach) in my opinion, this resort is missing some basic wow factor, personal experiences. Pros:

• Check-in was quick and easy
• Magic life App works well for restaurant bookings and room requirements. (Our room was mistakingly made up for a twin but we used the App to request a change to a Queensize, which was dealt with very swiftly.)
• Rooms are spacious although balconies are tiny
• Pools are generally clean and well managed
• Staff are very friendly and helpful
• Food is generally varied and of a good standard

Cons: (which are easily solvable)

• Firstly the 16+ pool and 16+ beach bar do not serve cocktails (why I ask, if they are designed for ADULTS?)
• Secondly the basic cocktail menu is somewhat lacking, full of syrupy sub standard cocktails
• Thirdly when ordering a chargeable cocktail from the Premium bar to the 16+ Beach bar, it took 10 minutes to arrive. Inexperienced young staff manning the beach Premium bar meant lack of consistency and quality. (On day one this cocktail was amazing but when I placed a repeat order on day two the same cocktail was undrinkable, even after a second attempt. Lack of training and quality control.
• Although the evening entertainment in the Wunderbar is fun and entertaining, the layout of the seating and staging means that, depending on where you are seated, many people cannot visually see the artists performing and so feel disengaged and lose interest.
• Apart from the Buffet restaurant for lunch, I feel the snack style food court does not offer an adequate alternative for couples, to a good quality beach restaurant so it was Buffet or nothing.

All in all, dispute many positive reviews, I feel this hotel is clearly aimed more at families and not a hotel we would return to as a couple dispite it’s competitive pricing.

Its a wonderful place that has everything that you need without leaving the area. The staff is really nice and helpful and I would like to give some extra credit to Seray from Guest Service. She helped us find around and showed us all the gems that this place is hiding. She is a great asset to the hotel and a kind soul.
