Nice Hotel - I would say its more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel ! Food is your typical Turkey Hotels, lots of variety but can be a little basic at times. All inclusive on the drinks but choice is very limited - Not sure if time of year but seemed we were the only English family in the hotel and lots of Russians (probably 95% of the hotel) the hotel staff are really friendly and very accommodating and always stopped to have a chat. Rooms are nice and clean and spacious and the hotel itself is a really nice hotel and situated close to all amenities, shops and restaurants
Great atmosphere and amazing animation team. Great value for money.
The hotel is nice, though it clearly caters mostly to German, Russian, and Turkish guests; there are some language barriers when it comes to English. The food is good and offers reasonable variety, though personally, I missed having the option to get a fresh omelet made. The drinks and beverages are good. The waiters and bartenders do a great job and are friendly. There is room to improve the overall experience. Regarding the entertainment team, some staff members are more engaged than others. It is a bit of a shame that water polo is scheduled for late afternoon—5:00 PM, after people have been in the sun all day—instead of between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Personally, I really missed having a beach volleyball court; people try to play ball near the stage or elsewhere, so there is a clear need for a designated area for ball games. A lot of effort goes into the aerobics classes, which is a plus. The location of an open-air disco close to the hotel is a bit unfortunate, though that is not the hotel's fault.
The hotel accepts a large number of male groups, which may sometimes be uncomfortable for families. In addition, due to its location, there can be considerable noise at night. The beach is covered with pebbles, and the sea becomes deep very quickly. Families with children should take these points into consideration before choosing this hotel. On the positive side, the service and food quality were very good. The staff were friendly, hardworking, and very attentive. They responded quickly to any issues and were always willing to help. I would like to thank all the staff who assisted us throughout our holiday for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service.
