⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing all-inclusive – we absolutely loved it!
We travelled to the Hilton in Kemer in March as a family with our 4-year-old child, and we honestly couldn't fault it. From start to finish, we had a fantastic holiday and would happily return.
The food was amazing, with so much choice and everything we tried being delicious. One of our favourite things was the snack trucks at lunchtime – such a brilliant idea and perfect for grabbing something tasty without having to sit down for a full meal.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they were comfortable, clean and perfectly adequate for what we needed.
The drinks deserve a special mention too. The cocktails were outstanding and definitely some of the best we've had at an all-inclusive. And the waiter on roller skates deserves a special shout-out, such a fun touch and he was fantastic!
There are also some really lovely little extras that make this place feel a bit more special. The chocolate shop and Mickey Brown's coffee shop are included in the all-inclusive, which was a huge bonus for us. And getting one of their signature warm cookies on arrival was such a lovely welcome.
Travelling in March meant it was quieter, which suited us perfectly as a family, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, this is a genuinely fantastic all-inclusive with amazing food, brilliant drinks, great little touches and excellent service. We had such a lovely time and would absolutely recommend it – especially for families.

A wonderful hotel
A wonderful hotel – we would happily return again ❤️
We have now stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer twice, and once again we have had a truly wonderful experience.
There is so much to appreciate about this hotel. The food is absolutely fantastic, with an impressive variety and a consistently high level of quality. We especially love the charming little food stations and carts throughout the restaurant. They add such a lovely atmosphere and make every meal feel a little more special. The quality of the drinks is also excellent.
The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive, and you can really feel that they genuinely care about making their guests feel comfortable and well looked after.
The hotel is beautifully maintained and always spotlessly clean. We particularly appreciate that it is not an enormous resort. It has a wonderful size and atmosphere, making it feel both lively and relaxed at the same time.
The pool area is lovely, the beach is beautiful, and overall there is simply a wonderful atmosphere throughout the entire resort.
After staying here twice, we can honestly say that DoubleTree by Hilton Antalya-Kemer has become one of those places where you immediately feel at home. We have enjoyed every stay and would happily come back again.

Definitely not a 5 star
I came to this hotel based on a referral from a freind who came to this hotel 2 years ago and came back again last week for his 2nd visit. He mentioned to me the hotels quality and standard has dropped since his last visit. I came here for 9 nights and Today is my last day at this Hotel and unfortunately it will be my last. There are quite a few issues i encountered during my stay that i would like to address, from the first moment i walked in the hotel with my family i felt like i was not welcomed properly, as i arrived at the reception desk i was given my room number and room cards and just sent to my room with someone who took my luggage. I was not offerred any welcome refreshments which was quite surprising and dissapointing as i expected better from a hotel which claims to be 5 star, I also was not given any advise or guide of my room like how to use the ac where the safe is , where the fridge is how to use certain things etc. Me and my family were hungry as were arrived late around 1am unfortunately were not given any information where we could eat, we was just dumped at the room without any information regarding the hotel and its facilities which i had figure out myself! I believe first impressions are the most important which sets the standards of a hotel but unfortunately it wasn't the case in my stay. The bedding in the room had hairs and marks on it which i reported so it can be changed .There is dust underneath the bed , the mirrors in the room are dirty and never cleaned..when they change the bedding they cut corners and dont do a thorough job.The positives are the staff treat you equally and they are hard working and cater for your needs best as possible . Ahmet who serves drinks at the entertainment is very harding working and and good at his job and also a special mention to Uzgur who is very freindly and good with my son but i can't say the same for all, some staff looks miserable especially when you go order drinks, coffee etc..They dont have a smile seems like they dont want to be there and they are fed up serving all day which i can somewhat understand especially when its so hot and gets busy.
