This modern, family-friendly hotel resort is set right on the beach in the centre of Kemer next to the marina. Again and again in this hotel
For four or five consecutive years now, we have been staying at this hotel twice a year—ten nights in June and ten in September—and each time we are delighted with the level of service (reception, restaurant, room, and beach services). The reception and guest relations teams are always available, ready to meet guests' wishes promptly and to a high standard. In this regard, Ms. Diana, Ms. Lucija, and Mr. Eray deserve special praise for their work. The restaurant offers a diverse, high-quality selection of delicious dishes—something for everyone across all three daily meals. The head chef—who, unfortunately, does not speak English—deserves every compliment! Special praise goes to the chefs who cook eggs in the morning; the two women and the charming young man named Džan really won me over and delighted me by preparing dishes exactly to my liking. That is service of the highest level! The waiters also took care of excellent impressions from the restaurant. I would like to highlight a few of them: Very kind and helpful Abdullah B. tireless in his efforts to serve the guests. Also, praise for the eternally smiling Sezaime, and the fast and friendly waiters Ismet and Omer. Thanks to them all! Thanks also to their manager, Serdar. The housekeepers on our floor/wing (1236) did their best to ensure that the hygiene and appearance of the room received the best rating. All the chefs, staff, and lifeguards on the beach are doing an outstanding job and deserve a great deal of praise. Special commendation goes to Mr. Mevlud, who reacted exceptionally quickly to rescue a person, ensuring to received medical care without delay. These are the reasons why we always come to this hotel!
Good hotel, but reception staff need improvement
Everything was good overall, and the hotel itself was nice. However, the staff could improve their manners and customer service, especially the ladies at reception. They were not very welcoming or friendly, which was disappointing. A more polite and professional attitude would make a big difference. Also, when we checked out, after paying for the extra services we had used, I was not even told thank you or goodbye. The receptionist didn't even look me in the face. I found this very rude and unprofessional.
Great memory
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had even a small issue, they were always ready to help, and everything was resolved very quickly.
The hotel is very comfortable and offers everything you need for a great holiday. The beach is right in front of the hotel, so it is very easily accessible.
The waiters regularly came over to ask if we would like another drink or if we needed anything else, which made us feel very well looked after.
The food was good, fresh, and prepared right in front of us. The hotel is large and has many lovely and comfortable places where you can sit, relax, read, sunbathe, or simply enjoy your time.
The seaside area is very pleasant, and the water was clean, clear, warm, and perfect for swimming.
Every evening, the hotel organized entertainment, and we even got to dance. It was a great way to add some variety to our holiday and enjoy different activities.
Ms. Lucia, who is Romanian, was a great help to us. She welcomed us from the moment we entered the hotel, greeted us warmly, and immediately made us feel welcome. She was very kind, friendly, and genuinely concerned about our well-being throughout our stay, always asking how we were doing and whether we needed anything else.
Personally, the whole experience at this hotel will remain a very beautiful and happy memory for me.
A pleasant experience
The location is excellent, very close to the sea. It takes about 2 mins to reach the sea after exiting the hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant. Almost every night there is entertainment organized by the hotel. Some nights you can listen to music and anyone can dance. The entertainment finishes around 11 pm so it is possible to sleep without noise. The rooms are big enough, there is also enough space for clothes. Every room has a refrigerator and each day it is being filled with water and juices. The cleaning lady comes every day to clean and to change the towels. Overall a nice experience who was only possible because we met very nice people :)

Holyday at Fame Residence
the location is great, the pool is well maintained, the friendly, 5-star staff, I am very satisfied with the shows organized every evening, the food is diverse and excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean
