Orange County Kemer Resort Hotel

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in the Antalya region. There were so many problems that I hardly know where to begin. In my opinion, this hotel does not provide five-star comfort or service.

The hotel tries to offer a wide variety of dishes and many experimental recipes. However, the balance of oil and salt was very poor, and the food lacked care and quality. We stayed as three families, and everyone began experiencing stomach problems. In trying to provide too many options, the hotel seems to have sacrificed quality. The dining area also felt more like a school cafeteria than a five-star restaurant. The hotel is seriously understaffed. A small number of employees are expected to manage everything. We also witnessed strange, rude and disrespectful behaviour from some staff members. For example, we saw a lifeguard threatening another guest. This is completely unacceptable, especially at a family hotel. The rooms, door handles and common areas were dirty, old and poorly maintained. Some furnishings were even broken. The hotel grounds are extremely small and cramped. It seems that they tried to fit too many facilities into a limited space, making the entire property feel crowded and uncomfortable. The bathrooms had visible deterioration, mould and damaged surfaces. Similar problems could also be seen on the bathroom doors and in the corridors. Whatever design or renovation the hotel attempted has not been properly maintained. The result is unacceptable in terms of both hygiene and appearance and is far below five-star standards.

Overall, we had a very poor experience due to serious problems with maintenance, cleanliness, food quality, staffing and service. In its current condition, I do not believe this hotel deserves its five-star rating. It was an extremely disappointing stay.

The kids club was amazing, nice stuff and the kids love it.

it was goIt was good and everything was perfect, but you can improve it by adding more features to the sea area, like installing more cafes and seating for drinks. You could create a spot where people can enjoy the view of the sea; it’s a nice view, but it feels a bit normal, so adding a billboard and some art decorations could make it more beautiful. The area is quite dark, so it needs a nice ceiling or lighting to brighten it up.

Since it closes at night, and for someone like me who wants to enjoy the view at night, it would be better if it stayed open later because it’s not hot at that time.

There’s no 24-hour bar.

But the food is amazing, the place is amazing, the pool is amazing, the bar is amazing, and the service is 10/10. The staff are very friendly to everyone.

You could make it even better by adding more art.
