With the magnificent nature view or the exciting pace of the city, we offer the holiday of your dreams with the team at Miarosa hotels...
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed at this hotel for two weeks as a family of seven, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We arrived at around 3am and didn’t receive any kind of greeting or welcome from the reception staff. We were given two rooms, one on the first floor and one on the fifth.
The first-floor room was supposed to accommodate four people, but there wasn’t even bedding provided for my granddaughter’s bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and, although it was fixed the following day, it then started leaking water and then ended up stopping working several other times after this. On one occasion, the maintenance staff actually used my granddaughter’s sheet to try and stop the water from leaking further, which I found completely unacceptable.
There were also ongoing issues with our other room. The curtain was broken and despite complaining several times, it was never properly fixed, meaning the sunlight came straight into the room at sunrise. We also had a leak from the toilet throughout the entire two weeks, which caused a very strong smell in the room. I complained about this twice, but nothing was done.
We were constantly having to ask for basic things such as towels and toilet roll. At one point, there was only one towel provided for three people, which just isn’t good enough for a hotel claiming to be four-star.
The food was okay, but after staying for two weeks it became quite repetitive. The entertainment staff were okay, and Mario in particular was fantastic. He really made an effort and kept the hotel entertained.
Unfortunately, I found many of the staff to be quite rude and unwelcoming, and at times it felt like they simply didn’t want to be there.
Overall, I feel the hotel is very run down and, based on our experience, is not up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel. There were too many basic problems during our stay, and despite making several complaints, very little was done to resolve them. For a two-week family holiday, this was extremely disappointing.
A good 4-star hotel with tasty food; I really enjoyed the vegetable dishes! There are usually no queues at breakfast, but for lunch and dinner, you have to wait in line at the door. The rooms were clean, though there were stains on the bed linen. We arrived as a group of four, but there were only three sets of bedding in the room. I wanted to call reception, but the number wasn't listed—there was a phone, but no number! I mentioned it at reception, and they brought us just a blanket and a pillow, so I had to go back and ask for a sheet as well. I think I stayed in the room mentioned in reviews as having a "nailed-shut door," but that didn't bother me at all. I went for a swim in the evening, but a security guard shooed me out because the pool closes at 6:00 PM. I had left my hat on a sunbed; the staff cleared the loungers away, and I was left without my hat. I asked a worker about it, but he didn't speak English and pulled a torn, unfamiliar hat out of the trash. Eventually, we discovered he had simply moved it elsewhere! All the issues were resolved! I agree that it gets hot at reception, but you have to understand that the doors are kept open! Smoking guests were a major nuisance; it seems to be the norm in Turkey to smoke in public areas. Overall, a good hotel! I would come back! Gratitude to the kitchen manager with short, grey-streaked hair.
Best entertainer is Mario.Thank you for all.Hotel was good but animation team is best so if you will come to here find Mario
We had a good experience but the hotel is very dated and needs upgrading. Carpets and furnishings very old. The telephone in the room was not connected, despite me telling them, it was not replaced Not sure what they meant by mini bar, as only water was given. Restaurant is not big enough for everyone so often we were turned away and told to come back. I have never had this in an all inclusive. The day trips were very good and Mali was very helpful. DO NOT BUY THE EXTRA WIFI as it is per person and expensive and you can only use it in the hotel. You are best getting a e-sim with data as this will work everywhere. Overall, you get what you paid for. Food was ok, not the best all inclusive. Hardly beef or lamb, mainly Turkey or chicken. Apart from the main courses nothing else had labels so you didnt know what salads had what in it.
My family and I spent 2 weeks at Miarosa Konakli Garden.
The staff were all friendly, helpful and cheerful. The food was fantastic with a huge selection of food that was diverse enough to keep my 2 fussy eaters happy.
The public areas were clean and well looked after by the attentive staff who were always eager to help.
But perhaps the best part of our trip was Mario and his entertainment team, from extreme skating on quarterpipes, comedy magic shows, dancing and fire eating, there was always something to keep us entertained as the evening grew in.
Our two weeks passed very quickly. We will all look back fondly on the time spent at Miarosa Konakli Garden.
With a special thank you to Mario for being so friendly and getting everyone involved in the entertainment.
Thank you, Two time Dart Champion - Danny and family.
