This beach hotel is located on a main road, a few metres from the beach and from public transportation links. The hotel is surrounded by landscaped gardens, offering a very laid-back environment. The accommodation is close to Konakli, a small town where guests can find shops, bars, nightlife and restaurants. The large tourist resort of Alanya is just 12 km away and has many attractions to visit, including a colourful weekly market and Alanya Castle.

Amazing hotel, delicious food and drinks, and such friendly staff! Everyone makes you feel like family.
A special thank you to Bahtiyar, Arda and Mutlu! I really hope they get the recognition they deserve. Always great drinks, big smiles and they truly made us feel at home. Thank you for everything! We will miss you
Hotel
Although this hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, it felt much closer to a 3-star experience. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms were a little dated.
One of the biggest disappointments was the food. There was very little variety, and I found there weren’t many options that suited British tastes. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much wider selection and better quality.
Another issue was that not many of the staff spoke English, which made communication difficult at times.
It was around a 2hour drive from Antalya airport and the beach isn’t directly with the hotel it’s around a 5 minute walk away
Overall, while there were some positive aspects, such as the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff, the hotel did not meet the expectations of a 5-star resort and did not offer the level of quality I expected
Solivia Hotel: Dirty, Unprofessional, and Deeply Disappointing
I would like to share important feedback regarding Solivia Hotel in Turkey, where our group stayed from 29 June to 6 July.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very unpleasant and disappointing. The rooms were dirty and inadequately cleaned. We also found the service unprofessional: the staff’s attitude was unfriendly, and we did not feel well treated as guests.
The food was another serious concern. On several days, some meat dishes had a strong unpleasant smell and, in our opinion, were not suitable for consumption. This raised serious concerns within our group about food quality and hygiene.
We were also disappointed by a member of staff who organised activities. This person did not wish to communicate with us, walked past us without greeting us, and made us feel unwelcome at the hotel. We were very surprised and disappointed by this attitude.
Based on our experience, we would not recommend this hotel to other travellers. We strongly encourage future guests to think carefully before choosing this hotel.
Our trip was partly saved by the beach at Kaia Coracesium Hotel, where we spent much of our time. The staff there were friendly, the service was professional, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. We also visited Kaia Coracesium in May this year and had an excellent experience then as well. The contrast between the service at Solivia Hotel and Kaia Coracesium was significant. The warm and professional service at Kaia Coracesium was essentially the only positive part of our trip.
We do not wish to visit Solivia Hotel again and strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking a stay there. In addition, the corridors throughout the hotel had a strong unpleasant smell of fried fish.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The food was delicious and of excellent quality, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very relaxing.
A special thank you to the Happy Team for making our stay even more memorable. They welcomed both us and our children with so much kindness and energy. The fun activities and entertainment programs they organized were fantastic and kept everyone smiling throughout our holiday.
