The city centre is 8 km and can be easily reached by public transport which runs in front of the hotel. An indoor shopping centre is nearby. Great facilities and entertainment, but food and some service issues let it down
We stayed for a week as a group of 5. Overall, we had an enjoyable holiday, but I’d rate the hotel 3.5/5 at best. There are some genuinely good features, but also a number of issues that stopped it from being a great experience.
What we liked: The 24-hour bar was a great feature and the cocktails were good quality. The pool was lovely and a really good size, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day, including Zumba, yoga, darts, beach water aerobics, water polo and giant Jenga.
A special mention to the entertainment team, particularly Neema and Mariam, who were both friendly and welcoming. The evening shows and entertainment were also good.
Our room was a good size and comfortable, with a minibar stocked with water, soft drinks, wine and beer. There were also fridges placed around the hotel with little bottles of water — a really good idea and very convenient in the heat.
The spa facilities were excellent. We had a Hammam and massage, both of which were very good.
There were also good transport links nearby, which made getting around easy.
What needs improvement:
Unfortunately, the food was the biggest let-down. The quality was inconsistent, some food was cold and the choice was quite limited, particularly for vegetarians.
More concerning was the food labelling. A dish labelled as vegetarian actually contained meat, and not all dishes were labelled. This is something that really needs addressing, especially for guests with dietary requirements.
We also had two disappointing experiences with the person arranging trips and taxis.
We booked a trip after being told the maximum group size would be 20 people, only to find there were 39 people on the trip. Had we been given the correct information, we may have made a different choice.
We also arranged an airport taxi and specifically explained that there were 5 people, 5 check-in suitcases and 5 small pieces of hand luggage. Despite this, the taxi that arrived only seated 4 people and struggled to fit the luggage. When we asked for a larger vehicle, we were told it would cost double the original price.
The pool/snack bar also needs attention. Despite having a good drinks selection inside, the outside bar didn’t serve cocktails, meaning you had to walk into the lobby in your swimwear if you wanted one. On one occasion I asked for a gin and was told I could only have beer.
There were also two occasions when the snack bar had run out of food, including chips and cheesecake.
Overall:
There is a lot to like here — the pool, rooms, entertainment, activities, spa and 24-hour bar are all positives, and Neema and Mariam deserve particular praise.
However, the issues with food quality, vegetarian options, food labelling and the organisation of trips/taxis are significant enough that I couldn’t rate the hotel higher than 3.5/5.
With improvements to the food and better communication and organisation from staff, this could be a much better experience. We had a nice holiday, but I wouldn’t say it was quite the level of experience we expected.

We had 2 rooms, 708 and 716. Start from reception, all staff were amazing, specially a gentleman who named Mr. Rafiq. Absolutely very professional. Then about the cleaners, we're amazing. About animation team, 2 girls, named Neema and Mariam, Absolutely friendly and so kind. Their team management Daria, she was very good as well. For us was Absolutely perfect and enjoy our holiday. A "MUST STAY"
As I holiday frequently i have come across a gem a must stay. From the welcoming by reception and guest relations, to the gorgeous room, Antalya scenery and the hotels facilities you can not compare.
There is no queues at breakfast, lunch or dinner, ample room around the gigantic pool, access to the beach for guests only and fantastic entertainment nightly.
For couples, families you can not stay else where.
4 star hotel definitely not 5 star
First and foremost, we had a good time as a family, and we genuinely enjoyed our holiday. However, in my opinion, this hotel is definitely not a five-star resort—it’s more comparable to a four-star hotel. I’ve stayed at better four-star resorts in Greece, so I wouldn’t recommend expecting a true five-star experience.
The food is good, but it doesn’t meet five-star standards, and the selection becomes repetitive after a few days. The snack bar, apart from the pizza and wraps, serves food that is of disappointing quality and could definitely be improved.
The service is good overall. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
The rooms are comfortable, but they are clearly in need of a major renovation.
Overall, we had a nice family holiday, but I left feeling disappointed because the hotel did not live up to the five-star standard it advertises. If you book this hotel expecting a solid four-star resort, you’ll likely have a much better experience than if you expect a true five-star property.

A bit disappointing
Nice and clean. However, the inside design seems modelled after Alcatraz penitentiary (see photo) and lobby is nice with a shop and a pool table, although design feels like a time warp from the 70ies. Checkin is VERY slow. We checked in at 1400h, but got our room 1530h after asking for it 5 times. While we waited, we tasted the outdoor snack bar. Menu looked nice, but food was disappointing. We asked the waiter for a plate of fries; he arrived with a plate of rice. The Pizza Margarita was not a Pizza Margarita, but a veggie pizza with all kinds of vegetables on top. We tried in vain to explain that what they came with was no Pizza Margarita, but they insisted it was. Shepherd's Salad was a disaster; warm, mushy and tasteless. We suspected it was pre-mixed in the morning. Cheeseburger was ok. We ordered Sprite - not light ! - because of aspartame allergy ....they served us Sprite Light :( with two tiny, almost melted ice cubes. But thanks to the heavy wind at the outdoor snack bar, the Sprite plastic cup was blown over, giving the salad a new taste. A big trap-bag of desperate flies trying to escape hung from a tree next to the snack bar. The pool is very big with one spiralling water slide, and there is a nice shady kids' playground next to the snack bar. Hotel has different social entertainment for kids and adults, such as water polo. Tiny rooms for a family. Balcony is very low, so make sure to keep the balcony door locked at all times; don't let your toddlers or kids unsupervised on the balcony! Free minibar in room - sadly it is full of beer and aspartame sodas - but rooms are very clean (must be, after 90 minutes of preparation!) Private beach access under a tunnel below the main road.
