Hotel Sera-a hidden gem!
Beautiful hotel. Amazing food. Amazing surroundings. Looked after wonderfully by the kind and attentive Cennet. We wanted for nothing-she was an absolute star helping us with everything. Room was outstanding. Cannot fault this holiday!

Our stay at Sera Club Hotel was disappointing.
- Poor cleanliness in the rooms and common areas.
- Bad smell from the ventilation system due to sewage odor.
- Very limited meat dishes in the restaurant.
- Weak and poorly stocked minibar.
- Staff service was below expectations.
- Beds were old and uncomfortable.
Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, and customer service.
Having 10 days holidays in a perfect all inclusive resort
Fabulous service and perfect food quality, I also enjoy the atmosphere. It really worth spending the best trip in here.
