Club Hotel Sera

We have just returned home after staying in this beautiful hotel We have stayed at the Sera Hotel about 7 times and on each visit It is still amazing From the moment you step out the taxi Into the beautiful reception area smiles greet you The receptionist team are very helpful also we have made plenty of friends amongst the staff Jasmine Enes the Twins Emere and Effe and a young red haired waitress the managers of the breakfast lounge and Garden lounges are incredibly friendly and hard working Yusef with the glasses the list goes on the entertainment team are brilliant Omar is a credit My only concern is the area around the pool by the restaurant Even though the staff have signs out people of all ages have found it dangerous because of the water on the floor tiles maybe it could be covered with non slip carpets etc to stop the danger Other than that it is a incredible place to be We will be returning next summer love you all take care Ronnie and Sheila from Liverpool UTFT Come on you blues 👍👍💙

The worst hotel ever — stay away! ​Horrible experience from start to finish. The room reeked of sewage, and when we complained immediately at the front desk, they just put a napkin on the drain and sprayed air freshener. Later, they lied and said we didn't complain! The food gave us food poisoning for the whole trip, the drinks were undrinkable, the bed was hard as concrete, and the staff barely understands English. Avoid this place at all costs!
