Old dated resort. Not worth 5 star at all
I don’t normally write reviews. Travelled to Antalya on the 30/7/26 family of four. Stayed at the Kremlin palace for 6 nights. The resort is large. How ever the moment we entered our room that’s when I was shocked how dirty the room was. Old bedding smelly carpets broken ac unit was leaking water on the carpet. It was not worth 5 star more like a 3 star. I wouldn’t travel there again. I would also not advice to use teletext holidays to book your resorts with. Very poor quality food, the entertainment was mediocre. I will never visit this place again. It’s old and outdated resort.
Honest review
Here at the hotel at the moment. Positives: staff are very attentive. Particularly guest relations, who unfortunately we have had a lot of engagement with. The pool areas are very good albeit a bit tired. Fortunately there are no evidence of any sunbed wars which is always a bonus! The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of bars in different locations with very little queues. Ice cream, ice lollies and bottles of ice cold water regularly on tap. Now on to the negatives. First of which is the biggest complaint. The dining experience is not only a shambles but is very stressful. Plenty of food choices which is tepid at best. I have never stayed in a hotel with such rude poorly behaved guests who behave like they've never seen food before. Can never find a table, and have twice had to clear our table, source cutlery and drinks and heaven forbid you leave said table for food as guests will steal your chairs, this has happened twice in the last 2 nights. I feel sorry for the waiting staff who try their best. Room is tired and dated our balcony looks like it has never been cleaned. Whilst hotel try to put entertainment on, there's only so many nights we can watch the same party night with a different theme. In closing, we will not be back and will not recommend which is a shame as the staff work so hard.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Got there late evening and checked in, (hotel was given details of nut allergies, and I was given a card) was told if we were hungry, we could get food from restaurant, (not fresh must have been left overs from earlier) 1 mouthful and I didn’t eat anymore, was then shown to our room, it was clean and tidy but didn’t smell the best, but put that down to maybe not being used, 1st full day was on a Sunday, pool area nice, clean and very maintained, food and drink stations well run, but not enough staff on duty, has staff seemed stretched, went for dinner on evening, food again very disappointing, and trying to find a table, unbelievable, staff didn’t understand English or were just rude! Monday, did the same routine has the day before, had a nice day by the pool and went bk to room to get ready for the night, went for dinner, I tried the lamb chops, fish and chicken, that was the last time I saw or attended dinner room, from early hours Tuesday morning sickness and diarrhoea started and it only got worse from there, Wednesday had to get onsite doctors out (at a charge of €200) for them to say I had to go to hospital, the total bill for 6 hours at the hospital €1400 because they didn’t want to deal with insurance, was then offered a deal if I wanted to stay at the hospital any longer normally would be €800 but could do it for €600 (I couldn’t afford paying anymore) so they give me a prescription for gastroenteritis, (which is caused by contaminated food water or passed through by others (partner granddaughter fine) i went back to hotel, later that night hotel sent room service (which was free of charge due to my illness) of a bottle of wine, snacks and A bowl of NUTS!!) it was soon sent back for the next 3 days I lived on bread and bananas (trying to get myself fit to fly back home) the only member of staff that actually cared about my well being at that hotel was Umus ( the cleaner) that did my room daily, she was the most caring, thoughtful, and attentive person there, (all staff should be trained by this lady) and she’s the only thing I will miss about this hotel. (The photo I posted was bananas that I had got that day a few hours before .
Kremlin Palace- Fantastic experience
As this was our very first taste of Turkish hospitality, we were completely blown away. The team at Asteria Kremlin Palace delivered fantastic service from start to finish. Overall, it was an incredibly impressive experience. We had a wonderful holiday, and because of the fantastic memories made here, we will certainly be back!
Bad experience. Hotel does not deserve 5 stars
Bad servise, same food every day. Old rooms, to much people in hotel. The room servis is bad, they do not clean good. Beach is full. You can not find empy chair if come little bit later. Beach umbrellas are too small. They can cover one chair. Too much money for this hotel and in front of hotel you don’t have anything. Store in hotel are too expensive. One normal chips is 5 eur.
