Value
Good stay but safety concern remains
Five of us stayed at the Liberty for one week during Easter for the second time. Overall, our stay was good, though we did encounter a few issues. Here is a breakdown of the positives and the areas for improvement:
[Positives:]
Spacious Room: Our room (7131) was excellent. While we stayed in a duplex room last time - which was great because it had two bathrooms and two fridges - room 7131 was also impressive as it felt like having three separate rooms. There was even a door you could close for extra privacy.
Excellent Dining: The food was great throughout the day. Breakfast featured delicious omelets made to order. My favorite chef was Perihan; she is kind, always smiling, and seasons her omelets perfectly. The kids especially loved the crepes and churros. Lunch and dinner were equally good, with a wide variety of grilled meat and fish - the grilled sea bream at dinner was a personal favorite.
Attentive Staff: The restaurant staff, particularly Saban and Nihat, were wonderful and very quick to assist us. The team at the Tlos bar, including Nur, was also very kind.
Kids and Youth Clubs: The staff, Burcu and Nil, were great with the children. They were also very understanding when some table tennis equipment accidentally broke. Omar was always cheerful and made us feel welcome every time we returned to the hotel.
[What could be better:]
Noise Levels: Our room was quite noisy. On one side, we could hear live music and loud conversations from the lobby. On the other side, we heard trucks backing up and staff moving heavy carts. I had to use earplugs to fall asleep.
Elevator Service: The wait times for the elevators were quite long. Additionally, they seemed to be under constant maintenance during our stay.
Serious Safety Concern (Water Leaks): When it rained heavily on Saturday, there was a leak in the Tlos bar area that created a large puddle (Photo attached). This was particularly concerning as the table tennis table was located nearby. This issue needs to be taken very seriously; during our last stay, my son slipped in a puddle on the first floor and suffered bad scratches on both legs from the non-slip strips on the stairs. It is disappointing to see that water leaks are still an issue, as they pose a real risk of injury to guests.

A great family hotel
Great food. A really good hotel. Rooms are nice and clean and looked after really well. Swimming pools are clean and well maintained. Great restock on the waters and drinks fridges constantly

Brilliant hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, making me feel valued throughout my stay.
The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the views were stunning. Every area of the hotel was spotless and maintained to the highest standard.
The facilities were outstanding, with an excellent pool, a well-equipped gym, and fantastic dining options. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, high quality food, and every meal I had was delicious.
What truly made this hotel stand out was the exceptional customer service. Every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Without a doubt, it deserves a 5-star rating, and I can’t wait to return.

Very nice hotel, don't regret choosing it. Everything was on the good level: personnel, cleanness and food didn't disappoint us. Definitely recommend!
