Beautiful hotel - well kept
We've just returned from a 10 night stay in this beautiful hotel, it is So clean and staff are really friendly. Rooms We had a very large room in the original part of the hotel, this had a double bed and a large single, really big walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided in large containers. Balcony with x2 chairs and a table and also a clothes rail for drying wet swimwear. Mini fridge was stocked daily with water, diet coke, coke, fanta, sprite, Efes, milk cartons and peach juice, nuts, a chocolate bar (couldn't work out why only 1 when there was 2 of us in room?!). Kettle with tea bags, sugar & coffee - cups weren't washed by our daily cleaner!! Wardrobe has quite a few hangers too Pools Large pool was a little too noisy - loud music, but great for those wanting this type of thing. Pool by new buildings is lovely, but doesn't get much sun in the afternoon as shaded by the building, lovely snack bar near this one too Beach Great beach with plenty of sunbeds and shade, sea was SO warm too Bars & Restaurants Bars are great and serve high end drinks We ate in the a la carte Mexican & also Italian - 20 euro's per person, well worth trying, food was lovely and staff who waited on us were very attentive, Main Restaurant is a bit of a joke! Finding a table was a little struggle, then you go to get your food after having put drinks on the table to secure this and when you come back they have cleared your drinks away!!! Being served food is not as good a being able to help yourselves in my opinion. Staff would be much better used to clear tables efficiently and serve drinks, we were only asked if w wanted drinks on one occassion in our 10 night stay, we got our own All in all a great stay, wouldn't return due to restaurant situation and would now also look at Adults Only due to constant screaming children

Good choice for great vacation
Nice and clean hotel, spacious rooms (had family suite) and professional service. Enough pools and great beach. Lots of food choices.

Disappointing!
Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel as advertised! Our room was spacious, clean and the only thing to fault would be the lack of a view, 2nd floor so not the best but we’re not really ones for sitting out in the balcony so this we could get over. Mini bar was decent and topped up daily. Noise levels in this hotel are off the scale, yes I get it is a family hotel but the amount of children running about the corridors, bars, restaurants screaming and shouting was just too much! There didn’t seem to be any discipline at all from the parents or respect for other guests which would definitely put me off that’s before I even start on the main buffet restaurant! Chaos: Because it is a massive resort the buffet hall felt extremely chaotic! Staff plate the food for you (which I didn’t like) yes I get it keeps things clean but not when your food is being slapped on the plate like a dog’s dinner with varying portion sizes and all this while having to queue causing bottlenecks! You were hard pushed to find a clean table and this is despite the staff working very hard! For me an evening meal on holiday should be relaxed and enjoyable .. not here it was as fast as you could eat and get out! It was the same at breakfast, didn’t eat here at lunch and tended to go to the pizzeria/burger places which were good. The patisserie was nice and we went here a few times with nice snacks and treats. The pool areas where big with plenty of sunbeds, not the comfiest and for a hotel of this rating I would have expected more. Entertainment a hit or a miss unfortunately! For the money paid I don’t think it was worth it and would definitely not return .. on a good note the staff were friendly and worked extremely hard and the sun was shining the whole holiday!
