Absolutely Amazing
What can i say about ramada lara resort turkey. amazing and only 30 min from airport. we went for 10 days all inclusive 29th august till 8th september 2026 staff were all brilliant could not do enough for you hotel is a great size, beautiful pools not to cold just right all pool area is clean even has fridges round pool with cartons of water for you. bar staff are all great very pleasant snack bar open most of the day with more food than you will ever need free ice creams for kids. big bottles of water whenever you want one (i know this sounds unusuall as most all inclusives now charge for ice cream and bottles of water) hotel room was big and all you will ever need free safe, fringe that is filled every morning with cola, fanta and water, balcony also enough room, walk in shower great, you dont need to take shower Gell shampoo soap its all there and topped up everyday, we were on 3rd floor the cleaners were loverly and hard working cleaned every day even made hearts and petals and even dog sculptures on the bed most days tip them well they deserve it. i had a bit of a problem with my first room it was to low asked reception and gave me another room they were brilliant. 24 hour bar in reception hall was amazing and you can eat most of night too, all bar staff were amazing, you can also use all facilities in wyndham hotel that is sister hotel next door not a criticism but night entertainment is better in wyndham and a lot bigger area, ramada's night entertainment needs another look at its not good, but day entertainment is great in both hotels. they also have ther own beach and pier area there is a bus every 15 mins for hotel but we walked its only 5 min walk. entertainment and food at beach is also excellent. food great in food halls loads of choice just remember were you are there is no bacon and sausage for breakfast for obvious reasons. but still loads to go at. close by there are loads of shops right ouside hotel on the right of hotels you have some restaurants if you need them. in hotel you can book ala carte menu's there is mexican, oriental cuisine and i think indian we could go to 2 as we were there over 7 days they were excellent but book early when you get there they go fast. and the advisement is take lira i took it and it was a pain i was a millionaire but take euro it is better thats all they want you to take. they looked at me funny having there currancy. if you do take some money. all in all we loved it we will be booking next year if prices dont go stupid. Even though we were the ones that had flights cancelled on way home at airport, due to uk air traffic control we ended up in another hotel for 2 more days it was a five star £500 pound a night hotel jet 2 did a great job, but ramada was a better hotel lol.

Wonderful hotel
I am still here, but I can't honestly find fault with this hotel. As a disabled person who uses two walking sticks the staff are so attentive and cannot do enough for you. Special mention to the guy who works around the pool, who always makes sure me and my family are ok. He even cleans my sunglasses! A real lovely bloke who works so hard. We also asked to move rooms because we had some noisy, selfish neighbours arrive and they sorted a quiter room on the same floor. The food is also amazing and cleaning staff are fab at their job and keep the place spotless. The only niggle I can find is there is no ice cream in the desert section. But if the only thing I can find to moan about is the ice cream then it speaks volume about this hotel! Will definitely be back next year.

A wonderful holiday with one very disappointing start
Myself (Tess), and my husband Marek**, stayed at Ramada Resort Lara in Turkey from 11th to 19th September, travelling from the UK. My sister Anna and her new husband Dariusz travelled from Poland and joined us from 13th to 19th September. We all left on the 19th, although we had different transfers.
This holiday was especially meaningful for us because Anna and I are both celebrating our 50th birthdays this year. We hadn't celebrated properly in February, so we decided to make this holiday our birthday celebration together.
It was also particularly special for Anna and Dariusz because Anna had recently remarried, and this was their first holiday together as a married couple — and Anna's first holiday ever. We were therefore really looking forward to making it a very special and memorable experience for all of us.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday, and there are so many positive things I would like to mention — especially the Customer Relations team, the food, the rooms, the beach and the wonderful staff throughout the resort.
🌟 Customer Relations – absolutely fantastic
I would especially like to say a huge thank you to Aisu from the Customer Relations team.
Aisu was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to help us make our celebrations special. She helped arrange beautiful decorations in our rooms, including fruit baskets, wine and glasses, which was such a lovely surprise.
She also helped me organise a special à la carte dinner by the sea for our birthday celebration. The table was beautifully decorated, the food was lovely, and at the end they brought us a birthday cake and played “Happy Birthday” for Anna and me. We were absolutely delighted, and it became a very special memory for all of us.
Aisu was so kind, helpful and professional, and I genuinely appreciate everything she did to help me create such a memorable experience for my sister.
Customer Relations deserves hundreds of stars from us! ❤️
⚠️ A very disappointing arrival for Anna and Dariusz
Unfortunately, I also want to be completely honest about one very important part of our experience.
Anna and Dariusz arrived at approximately 5:00 a.m. on 14th September after travelling overnight. They were exhausted and had not slept.
Before they arrived, I had been told by a member of the reception team that they would be able to come to our room to take a shower while waiting for their room. I was even given towels for them.
However, when they arrived, they were not allowed to come to our room, and they had to wait at reception for approximately eight hours until their room was ready.
I completely understand that rooms cannot always be available early in the morning and that the hotel has check-in times. We were not expecting them to be given a room immediately at 5:00 a.m.
However, after an overnight journey, I do feel there could have been some compassion and a better solution offered — even somewhere for them to shower and freshen up, or some other arrangement to make those eight hours more comfortable.
For Anna, this was her first holiday ever, and unfortunately it was a really difficult and exhausting beginning. It was particularly upsetting because this was supposed to be such a special trip for her and her new husband.
This was, without doubt, the worst part of our experience, and I would give the reception experience on arrival zero stars.
My advice to future guests is to be aware that check-out is around 11:00 a.m., and rooms may not be ready until approximately 1:00–2:00 p.m. So if you arrive very early in the morning, please be prepared for a wait.
🍽️ Food – fantastic
The food throughout the resort was excellent.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always fresh, with plenty of variety. We really enjoyed the food and found the quality consistently very good.
The waiters and waitresses were also lovely — friendly, polite and hardworking. We received very good service in the restaurants, around the resort and by the beach.
🏖️ Beach
The beach was beautiful, with lovely clear water and plenty of umbrellas.
We actually spent a lot of time at the beach because it was very hot, and it became one of our favourite places at the resort. We could go down early in the morning and find a comfortable place, and the sea was absolutely beautiful.
The beach was also very convenient to access, and the clear water made it a lovely place to spend time together.
🎵 Entertainment
The evening entertainment was good, and we also enjoyed going out for drinks and visiting the shops in the evenings.
During the day, there wasn't a huge amount of entertainment around the main pool area, although there were activities such as the morning gym and other activities available. Because of the heat, we spent much more of our time at the beach anyway.
🛏️ Rooms
Our rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding were clean, and overall we were very happy with the accommodation.
❤️ Overall
Apart from the very disappointing arrival experience for Anna and Dariusz, we had a fantastic holiday.
The Customer Relations team went above and beyond to make our birthday and family celebrations special, and that is something we will genuinely remember.
The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and the staff serving us throughout breakfast, lunch, dinner and by the beach were wonderful.
Most importantly, after that difficult beginning, Anna ended up having a wonderful first holiday, and she absolutely loved her time at the resort. That made me very happy.
So, despite the problems at reception when they arrived, we would still recommend Ramada Resort Lara. Just be aware of the check-in and check-out times and prepare yourself if you are arriving very early in the morning.
A huge thank you to Aisu and the entire Customer Relations team for everything you did to make our celebrations so special.

Great hotel
Great hotel, definitely recommend! Firstly we got upgraded to a top floor suite which was great, even had a sea view! As many reviews say, spotlessly clean with mainly friendly staff (couple of life guards were a bit over the top on a few matters-direction you point sun loungers for example-making you turn it round so they line up?? But then more than happy to dive into the pool themselves next to the no dive sign 😅) Food was as you'd expect from all inclusive, great selection on drinks, visited 2 a la carte which were a nice change. Entertainment was good, with a dance show, michael Jackson tribute,dance show/dj party night/ kids festival with inflatables and garden games being just some of the beach stage entertainment. Pool by the beach was more lively, a couple of pool games during the day, also a pool inflatable on the Saturday which was fun We found it easy to get a sunbed anytime, they are stacked up spare at the back so you can grab one and place yourself (inline 😅)

Very good located, excellent beach activities at a private beach, rooms and services superb, we recommend.
