Stay away!
The hotel is overrun with people. Dining is about survival of the fittest, fastest and rudest. Escape to the pier in the day and get attacked by flying insects. Stay at the pool and subjected to 18-30 rave music full blast for 12 hrs non stop. It’s like hell. Make a suggestion to the staff and answer is always the same, it’s high season! There’s no escape.
Great experience & we will definitely look to come back next year.
The location was perfect, not too far from the airport & very close to the beach. The hotel was buzzing with a great atmosphere. The room was huge with plenty of space. The minibar is refilled daily for free. The entertainment team were great fun & very approachable.
one of the worst hotel experiences
Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the very beginning, we faced several serious issues. First, there was a problem with the hot water, which was unavailable for a long period. What made the situation even worse was the poor communication with the reception staff. It was very difficult to get an answer when calling, and when they did answer, they often spoke in an impolite and unprofessional manner.
We also had repeated problems with the room safe. It frequently stopped working, and every time it happened, we had to wait a long time for someone to come and open it.
Another frustrating issue was the electricity key card. Every time we returned to our room, housekeeping had taken it, and we had to go and get it back again. This happened repeatedly during our stay.
The biggest disappointment was on my daughter’s birthday. We were promised that the room would be decorated with balloons and that a birthday cake would be prepared. We trusted what we were told, but when we returned to the room, there was absolutely nothing. My daughter was very disappointed, and this completely ruined what was supposed to be a special day.
The Wi-Fi connection was also extremely weak in most areas of the hotel, making it difficult to use the internet.
Another major problem was the staff’s limited English. Communicating with them was very difficult, and in many situations we simply could not make ourselves understood.
On one evening, several guests became intoxicated, entered the swimming pool late at night, and made excessive noise. They disturbed everyone sitting around the pool and at the bar, including families with children. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not handle the situation firmly or professionally.
Overall, the service and the entire experience were extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. I will also share my experience in my home country. As the owner of a football academy with a large following, I feel it is my responsibility to honestly inform others about the quality of this hotel so they can make an informed decision before booking.
