We had a very nice holiday, the family was very satisfied, the service was very nice, they were very interested, I thank each employee individually, I recommend it to everyone, this is my first holiday because I spent at Saturn Palace, you can be sure that we will meet again, thank you again
Love the place!
We had a fantastic holiday as a family. The service in the restaurant and at the pool is really very good. Every day they come to ask if everything is to your liking when you are lying by the pool. And if something is wrong, they adjust it. We would love to come back here again. Big love for Mami!
Saturn 🪐 palace real love
This is our second time in a row coming to Saturn palace we can not fault this hotel it maybe smaller then others along the strip but what makes this hotel is the staff there go out there way for you and you family , we found this year the food was even better , i defo recommend this place u will have an amazing experience, its like one big family yes u will Hear good and bad but we returned as it the experience we had was top form such a clean hotel there are up at 4am cleaning pools and the hotel
Family holiday
Just arrived home from 7 days at saturn palace, all in all we had a great holiday as a family. Room was cleaned daily, plenty of food options at meal times ( I highly recommend the steak restaurant), great selection of drinks, staff very friendly and always willing to help, great slides/pool area and the beach is lovely. We are never up early, so unfortunately 5 days out of 7 we didn't have a sun lounger by any pool and had to go the beach. We did manage to get a couple of sun loungers around 3pm most days tho, which was better then nothing. The beds are ok, quite firm and the blanket we had for a double bed barely covered me and my wife. Mini bar stocked daily was very good. The hotel has a little fair which my girls really enjoyed at night. On our last day our transfer wasn't coming till 19.30 and they let us keep our room till 5pm, which was a lovely touch. I would definitely return to saturn palace resort, but maybe a quieter time of the year.
