Very warm welcome on arrival even thought it was after 10pm staff were brilliant, we were given an upgrade to a jacuzzi room and was shown up and given a tour of what was what room as amazing. No need to rush for sun beds plenty around and different areas and pools . Beach was nice plenty of beds there too. Several places to eat snacks in the day and night . Lobby bar was great and doesn't seem to shut , can get tea and coffee there . Fridges around with plenty of water , plus loads in room .Four À la carte restaurants, fish and steak in together, Turkish and Italian together. You have to book main course when booking , but we were told one of the party wanted fish and the other wanted steak you couldn't do that , all on same table had to have off of same menu 🤷‍♀️ why I don't know. You are allowed one reservation per week but we stayed 10 nights and managed to do 3, food was good . Buffet was good clean and well stocked plenty of choice , but breakfast time if you want an omelette that part doesn't open until 8am .As it was our wedding anniversary we were given a nicely decorated table and bottle of Prosecco and a cake in steak restaurant.That day our room was decorated with balloons 🎈 and silk roses, bottle of wine, fruit and a cake . There's a nice bar called Roof top which also serves food which was good , that opens about 5.30pm .Loads of drinks and food were being brought around all day , won't go hungry or thirsty. First soft drinks , then ice cream guy with his electric trolley shouting 'Licky licky icecream"at least twice a day plenty of choice too, then another guy with hot trolley with, pizza, wraps and burger, then cake and juice , still more soft drinks or what ever you wanted they would get, fruit pots then chicken strips and chips 🍟 one day even had champagne. Got a nice patisserie by lounge bar . We used the one by the buffet which was called Saturn cafe , that was good but even thought it's by the pool they don't like you wearing swimming wear in there so cover up . Guy serving was great , but you can have takeout coffee but not cakes 🍰 it doesn't open until 11pm but welcome rest from the heat . Decor very good with the space men hanging from ceiling in lobby is funny and two on outside of lifts . Entrainment at night sounded good , and plenty went to watch . Hotel manager walked around pool area every afternoon to ask if everything was ok and any questions. All in all brilliant place to stay , but it's the staff that makes this hotel so happy smiling and happy to help you and deserve tips we also put money in tip boxes at end of holiday as some boxes are for kitchen staff.We took Turkish and ponds for tips.
