This was one of the most disappointing holidays we've ever had, and unfortunately we would never return.

The food was awful, repetitive, and lacked any real variety. Every meal felt the same, with very little that was fresh or enjoyable.

To make matters worse, every single morning we woke up to a strong smell of sewage in our bathroom. The smell of faeces was overwhelming and made using the bathroom extremely unpleasant. This happened every day and was completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer a quality holiday experience.

The atmosphere throughout the hotel was equally disappointing. Most of the staff looked miserable and as though they didn't want to be there. They rarely smiled or made any effort to engage with guests. The only exception was the pool staff, who were friendly, approachable and always acknowledged us.

Another major concern was the lack of attention from the lifeguards. They were constantly on their phones instead of actively supervising the pools. As parents, this was worrying to see, as their focus should have been on the safety of swimmers rather than their mobile devices. It did not inspire confidence that the pools were being properly monitored.

The entertainment was also well below average and failed to provide much enjoyment or atmosphere.

The behaviour of many other guests completely ruined what should have been a relaxing family holiday. People regularly pushed to the front of queues, even in front of children, with no consideration for anyone else. Guests would also walk straight up to occupied sunbeds and try to take umbrellas that were clearly being used.

The worst incident occurred when another guest attempted to take the umbrella from our sunbed, despite our personal belongings clearly being underneath it, making it obvious that it was in use. When my husband tried to stop them from taking it, he was physically pushed.

The situation then became even more intimidating. The man repeatedly stared at us in what felt like an attempt to intimidate us while we were with our young children beside the children's swimming pool. Instead of feeling safe enough to enjoy the rest of our day, we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave the pool area and return to our room because our children had become frightened by what had happened.

No family should have to cut their holiday short because of another guest's aggressive behaviour, especially around a children's swimming pool. What disappointed us most was that the hotel staff did not appear to take any meaningful action. The guests involved were not asked to move or leave the area, and the incident seemed to be accepted rather than dealt with. We were left feeling completely unsupported and concerned for our family's safety. On other occasions, we also witnessed guests we believed to be Russian or Turkish behaving aggressively or disrespectfully towards others, yet we did not see staff intervene. It left us with the impression that disruptive behaviour was simply tolerated.

As parents, we initially thought the children's toilet facilities were a lovely idea and a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, that positive impression didn't last. The flushes barely worked, there was often urine and faeces on the floor, and toilet paper was frequently not restocked. It summed up the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel.

The only real positive from our stay was the mini club. The staff there were lovely, and our son genuinely enjoyed his time there, which was the one highlight of an otherwise very disappointing holiday.

This experience has genuinely left us questioning whether we'd return to Turkey for another family holiday. I'm sure not everyone in Turkey is like some of the people we encountered during this stay, and it's a real shame to feel this way. I have wonderful memories of family holidays in Turkey as a child and was so excited to give my own children those same experiences. Sadly, this holiday was nothing like I had hoped it would be.

Overall, between the dreadful food, the daily sewage smell in our room, miserable staff, inattentive lifeguards, poor entertainment, unhygienic facilities, the lack of management when dealing with unacceptable behaviour, and the unpleasant atmosphere created by many other guests, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Instead of coming home with happy family memories, we came home feeling stressed, disappointed and let down. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing family holiday.

We stayed here for 11 days in July 2026 as a family. This was our worst holiday in Turkey despite visiting the country many times.

Our room was in unacceptable condition: stained mattresses, a cockroach, a leaking toilet, a clogged sink and a broken air conditioner. We spent the first days of our holiday reporting problems instead of relaxing. Although technicians came several times, the issues were never properly resolved.

The hotel is far too small for the huge number of guests. There is only one main pool, which was overcrowded all day. Finding a free sunbed was almost impossible unless you reserved one very early in the morning. The loungers and cushions were dirty and stained, the umbrellas were too small, and many areas around the pool were poorly cleaned. Trash bins often overflowed, and the tables near the loungers remained dirty for hours.

The restaurant was another major disappointment. It was constantly overcrowded, with long queues even for simple items like pancakes. Plates, glasses, cups and cutlery were frequently dirty. The food selection looked large but consisted mainly of the same ingredients presented in different ways. The coffee from the machines was undrinkable.

The hotel staff and management did not provide effective assistance. Guest Relations and the tour representative failed to solve our problems, and the only solution offered was to pay a large extra amount to move to another hotel.

The daytime animation was minimal and repetitive, while the evening entertainment was disappointing. By the end of the holiday we no longer wanted to visit the restaurant or the pool.

The only thing we truly enjoyed was the beautiful sea. Everything else was far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.
