This hotel is located between Alanya and Manavgat on one of the best Turkish beaches, called Karaburun. The hotel is 23 km from Manavgat, 37 km from Alanya, and 85 km from Antalya Airport. The air-conditioned hotel comprises a total of 242 rooms. Guests are welcomed into an elegant and spacious reception hall with 24-hour reception and check out service. Facilities include a shopping centre, a disco and a variety of dining options. Additionally, the hotel offers conference facilities, a currency exchange, and a laundry service. Each en suite room comes fully-equipped as standard including a satellite/cable TV, a minibar and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. The hotel offers a main outdoor swimming pool with pool-side bar, spa treatment and a broad range of sport options.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We have just returned from our second family holiday to Leodikya and are all very sad to be home (2 adults and our 15 year old daughter). We never got round to writing a review last year but I think the fact we chose to return speaks for itself! We really like how this hotel is compact but has so much to offer. It can be as lively or as peaceful as you want it to be. The staff are all absolutely fantastic - always friendly, welcoming, professional, remember what you like to drink and generally go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your holiday. The manager is a great leader - he is visible and literally everywhere throughout the day making sure everything is running as it should be. We had Erkan as our personal assistant and he was great- always checking we were ok and whether he could do anything to help. It was really reassuring to know what if we needed anything he was there. Below are a few headlines which we hope are helpful for anyone considering booking here Arrival/room: The hotel is absolutely stunning both inside and out. Like last year, we were given a really warm welcome, quick and efficient check in (beach bag provided) and guided to our room with introduction to facilities. This year we chose a room with terrace and jacuzzi, locate on -1 floor. We loved the location: reception/ main entrance is level 0, restaurants -2, pool/ beach is -3, so not far for us to go for everything! We enjoy being by the pool or beach so didn’t use the terrace much in the day but enjoyed sitting there/using the jacuzzi at the end of the afternoon when we returned to get ready for the evening, by that point the terrace was shaded but that was welcomed after a day in the sun. Our room was 1933 and had sun until about 3pm. Spacious room, large and comfortable beds/ pillows; toiletries provided; great air con (top tip- keep a room card in at all times to keep air con going!). We found the room really quiet and all slept well each night. Room was cleaned daily with clean towels/linen provided. Mini bar also restocked daily. Food: Food is fantastic -impossible to go hungry here! We enjoyed the main buffet restaurant so much, we didn’t bother with the à la cartes. Lots of choice each day and definitely something for everyone. Desserts were delicious! Breakfast was also great- again, something for everyone. Staff here are great- asking which drinks you would like and regularly checking if there is anything else needed. We found the pool snack bar great for lunch- the baked potatoes were amazing! In terms of other snacks- there is the most amazing bakery open from 10, and you can help your self to ice creams which are all premium brands. Pool/ beach: There are lots of sunbeds/ parasols. We are early risers but I think you could get one at anytime. QR codes on tables for ordering drinks to sunbeds. The pool has a great vibe with a daily activity which rotates between things for children (eg inflatables) to adult games which are hilarious to watch if taking part isn’t your thing! There are then various adult, child and teen activities throughout the day so days can be as busy as you want them to be (my husband loves the twice daily darts sessions!). The entertainment team have the perfect balance of letting you know what is available without being too pushy. Beach: the beach is beautiful but I would advise sea shoes as there are pebbles on entry to the sea which can be a bit uncomfortable for bare feet! Also lots of beds available here and QR codes for ordering drinks. Evenings: There is something for everyone… The lobby bar where there is the most amazing pianist to listen to. There is a pool bar where a couple of nights per week there is a singer/ saxophonist. There is also a beach bar. The amphitheater has a children’s mini disco from 20:45 and then show from 21:30. There is then either a disco or band playing in an outside area from 22:00. The entertainment team create a great atmosphere here- dancing etc. All drinks are premium / good quality, we highly recommend bottles of Efes and the pornstar martinis! Transfer: we opted for a private transfer through TUI. Walked to the TUI transfer area at Antalya airport and was directed immediately to our driver and set off within minutes. On return, we were told our pick up time 2 days before departure and it arrived at the hotel reception about 10 mins early. The journey took roughly 1 1/2 hours each way. We were given an air conditioned mini bus for both transfers. Lots of room, didn’t look as plush as the vehicles advertised on Facebook through other Turkey-based transfer agencies but we wanted to play it safe and go through TUI. Finally, staff shout outs: As mentioned above, ALL staff are fantastic but some we want to mention 1) Zeynel from the pool bar (and beach bar). It was great to see him again this year. He makes the most amazing cocktails and always made us feel welcome. Very professional, Leodikya are very lucky to have him. 2) All the staff at the pool bar but especially the young man with braces- such a happy, positive, professional and friendly person. 3) The whole entertainment team- fun and professional. Thank you, Leodikya, for another great family holiday.
We recently returned from an 11-day stay at the Kirman Leodikia Premium in Alanya. As a family of ten—eight adults and two children aged six and nine—we found that while there were clear highlights, several significant issues made our overall experience far less enjoyable than a five-star resort stay should be. On the positive side, the pool and beach areas were kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay. The surrounding gardens are well-managed, beautifully maintained, and a real pleasure to walk through. A huge standout for us was Ilham & Mustafa at the beach bar their friendly service made our days at the beach truly enjoyable, and the bar staff make proper, freshly mixed cocktails rather than using cheap, sugary premixes.
While the amphitheater shows were well-produced, the nightly routines of acrobats and hula hoopers became a bit repetitive and lost their excitement by the end of your stay.
They also had entertainment and music by the beach bar that were fantastic including a Las Vegas night with inflatables for the children providing a lovely and fun atmosphere for winding down
The food at the main restaurant and the daytime dining at the Longhorn Steakhouse were also extensive and offered a nice choice of food, although we noted that the Longhorn Steakhouse is no longer a steak restaurant in the evening which was very annoying The Lobster restaurant did not actually have lobster on the menu.-
There’s a noticeable lack of casual snack spots, which sometimes feels like you're being encouraged to head to the main Long Horn restaurant every time you want a bite to eat.
There are 2 on-site coffee shops unfortunately neither open early in the morning , one opened at 9am another at 10am making it nearly impossible to get a decent cup of coffee before then, leaving guests with only the instant sachets provided in the rooms.
Arrival, which sets the tone for a holiday, was poor. Despite seeing welcome drinks laid out, nobody offered us one or welcomed us in. The reception staff were cold, unsmiling, and completely unwelcoming. One staff member in particular, Gulsah, seemed to have forgotten how to smile or deliver basic hospitality. We were told our rooms weren't ready and were sent to eat, only to return to a completely indifferent check-in process. We were very unhappy with our room allocation, as all the rooms on the fourth and fifth floors had five-foot walled balconies that blocked the view and felt like enclosures . We complained the very next morning and were told that the hotel was fully booked. We were eventually moved to rooms with clear views and balconies that didn’t restrict sea view up but that was a few days later so had to pack and unpack again ! The air conditioning in the rooms was another major problem. It is centrally controlled by the hotel and locked by default at 22°C. Even when you manually set the thermostat lower, it immediately overrides back to 22. When outside temperatures are pushing 30°C at night, a 22-degree room feels stiflingly hot. After phoning down and visiting reception , they did reluctantly lowered the limit to 18, but it still barely cooled the room down regardless of fan speed. The hallways were equally boiling, and the lobby area was far too warm I slept poorly for the entire duration of our stay. The beach is extremely stony and shingly underfoot don’t be fooled it will genuinely hurt your feet getting in and out of the water, so coral shoes are an absolute necessity. Sun-loungers are frequently hogged early in the morning with towels , and despite hotel rules that management will remove before 8am this is never enforced by staff.
We were aware that there wasn’t an iron in the room however when we called down for one they only have 1 travel iron for all guests, cheap as chips on Amazon but they suggested you use their expensive laundry service
A major drawback for us was the smoking.!! People smoke everywhere across the entire grounds and outside areas including the outdoor areas in restaurants Coming from the UK, where this is not the norm, we found it quite shocking and uncomfortable especially around my grandchildren.
Thank you leodikya for your servis ! All was good ! Thanks to Alina for everything
