Big failure 3☆ hotel
This is the big failure. If you don't want to waist your money don't come here.The food is not 5☆ it is maxim 3 the cleaning in the hotel is poor ,the services is not for 5☆the reception staff is very rude .Spending money for nothing 🥺

Terrible hotel, do not go I went to this hotel to the bar to try and get some alcohol the bartender Eda lied saying that I was under aged and she told the manager and they called my travel agency and they involved security and police trying to get me to cut my wristband forcing me after I explained that I have ID they still didn’t listen they laughed at me after they forced me to let them cut the wristband the food there is also disgusting and the chef he walks like he’s the best chef in the world the woman manager is very rude and I suggest that the owner should fire her if I could put zero stars I would they also threatened to kick me out and one of the staff lied to me they told me the pool was opened but after I came out, they all started laughing at me and told me the pool was closed and that chlorine was getting released they also don’t provide irons. They want you to pay for an ironing service. I will not recommend this hotel and I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back.
Laguna beach hotel alanya amazing 👏
We come here for first time.Location amazing , very beautiful, staff very nice 😀 i like everything absolutely 💯 ❤️. Atmosphere very nice, food very nice as well, they changed everyday something new. So i can't say something bad at all. Rooms clean and very nice. No noises or something, very peace and quite. Value is the best, so if you pay for this holidays in this hotel, its gonna be very good .

The location was great and the hotels around us was beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend to go out from the hotel area. We booked a family room which was big enough for us and clean. The lights looked really good but they were weak a little bit but that wasn’t annoying really. The pools were great and clean and we got a great panorama from everywhere in the hotel. The bar tenders were really kind and made great cocktails etc. The staff was helpful and if we had problem they automatically helped us. The beach is located in a gulf so there wasn’t big waves and the peninsula was beautiful, everybody should explore it. The food was tasty and great but the russian meals were preferated and for me it was a little bit different cuisine
Animation team
The hotel is a very nice hotel, the best part is the children's entertainment. One entertainer in particular Diya , she is amazing my 8 year old and 11 year old loved spending time with her . She goes above and beyond for them . She is very welcoming and super lovely. She definitely made the holiday amazing.
