English family of 13 paid £10,000 for the week I would not recommend this hotel, we have been to turkey over 7 times and this hotel is far from 5* Beach is across and busy road with no crossing 10-15 minute walk bus only sits 7 people and runs when it wants or not at all all entertainment is down the beach and it doesn’t run in the evening so be prepared - only saviour is the beach is beautiful but that is nothing to do with the hotel Food is god options but most of my family have upset stomach on last few days and return to England and one with an ear infection Rooms are not too bad just need an update and don’t get cleaned just beds made and new towels Pool is tiny and no where near enough loungers people actually fighting over space one woman swore at my kids for splashing in the pool Entertainment is something from the 1990s really bad Not enough staff serving drinks and night and toilets overflowing by the pool and rude ignorant guests none of which are English at all changing babies dirty nappies on food tables I would not recommend you get asked to speak to customer relations and her answer was that the Turkish people at the property are awful and you also get thrown off of poolside on a Thursday at 3pm for Turkish night which is 30 minutes of crappy dancers.
In general, I liked the hotel, the beach is huge enough, many vacant sun loungers each day, free wi-fi, soft drinks. The sea is crystal clear and warm. I liked the swimming pool, though it was full of kids at the day-time. I liked the room I lived in. The only thing I wouldnt evaluate highly - the food, the quisine itself is kind of old-fashioned and there was no variety in food. I have chosen this hotel mainly because of Michael Jacksons show. And it was a real delight to watch it with my own eyes. Harry is the best. I believe it`s the principal show of the week and Tuesday is not enough for it. I would recommend to show it on Sat and Sun so more people could watch it. Harry Jackson - one love.
Also I would like to express my sympathy for a kid animator, a girl, I don't remember her name. This was the first time I saw such an involved animator working with kids? she does a really good job.
Our stay was excellent, and the facilities were very good. We had a great time and really enjoyed all the shows performed by the entertainment team. You can truly see the effort, dedication, and enthusiasm they put into every activity. Congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding work! We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place.
This was our third holiday in Turkey, and we would happily return to Hotel Jadore. We definitely recommend it. Like every five-star hotel, it has both strengths and areas for improvement, so here are our impressions.
Animation Team (Mr. Oscar and his team) If we had to choose the main reason to return, it would definitely be Oscar's animation team. Unlike many other hotels, the evening shows are not performed by different third-party groups every night. Instead, they are created and performed by the hotel's own animation team. They are talented dancers and acrobats, but most importantly, they genuinely love entertaining guests and take their job seriously.
Oscar, the experienced team manager, actively participates in both the evening shows and the daytime activities. He leads by example and shows his team exactly how guests should be treated. There is no sign of laziness or simply "doing the minimum"—just genuine enthusiasm and fun from morning until night.
For families, the team deserves special praise. The way they interact with children is exceptional. The best proof of this is the countless spontaneous hugs they receive from kids every day.
Beach Yes, the beach is about 400 metres from the hotel, but it's better to think of the resort as having two areas: the hotel itself and the beach & entertainment area. For guests who prefer to go to bed early, this is actually an advantage, as the evening entertainment doesn't disturb them.
The walk takes around 5–10 minutes through a pleasant park full of friendly cats. There is also a shuttle bus. Although it is scheduled to run every 20 minutes, during busy periods it operates almost continuously.
The sea gets deep quite quickly, so families with small children should be careful. A pedestrian crossing or some kind of traffic-calming measure on the nearby road would also improve safety.
Food We had no stomach issues during our stay. The food was generally very tasty, with a wide variety of choices. Turkey is especially strong when it comes to cheeses, fish and grilled meats.
One evening we tried Albanian liver, which was probably one of the best liver dishes we have ever eaten. We also really enjoyed the dürüm. Although you can find dürüm almost everywhere in Turkey, the quality of the meat here was outstanding.
Our only disappointment was the köfte served at the beach snack bar. It tasted dry and seemed as if it had been refrigerated for too long. This was surprising because the köfte served at the Gala Dinner was absolutely excellent.
Speaking of the Gala Dinner, congratulations to the entire team. Organising and serving so many hungry—and sometimes impatient—guests is not an easy task, yet everything was handled very well.
We also visited the fish à la carte restaurant (included in the stay), located by the beach. The menu offered six dishes, and the atmosphere, food and service were all excellent.
Staff Every member of the staff was friendly, polite and helpful. One day I asked the reception if they could charge my e-book reader because I had forgotten my charger at home. They immediately helped me without any hesitation.
Room Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The minibar was refilled every day.
Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi could be improved. Sometimes it worked perfectly—even on the beach—but at other times the connection was unstable or unavailable. In our room, however, it worked well most of the time.
Location The hotel is about 20–30 minutes by bus from Side Old Town. Bus No. 11 stops right in front of the hotel—you simply need to wave to the driver. The fare to Side Old Town was around €1.50 per person. Bus No. 2 goes to Manavgat. Of course, if you prefer, you can also do some shopping in the hotel's own stores.
Fitness Room The gym is a decent size, but some of the equipment could use maintenance or replacement. With a relatively small investment—such as adding kettlebells, TRX straps and resistance bands—it could become a much more modern and functional fitness room. Nevertheless, it was sufficient for us to complete our regular weekly workouts.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday at Hotel Jadore. The outstanding entertainment team, friendly staff, delicious food and pleasant atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. We would gladly return and can confidently recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing holiday in Turkey.
Well.. it was an experience .. Rooms rarely got cleaned and when we complained to reception they told housekeeping and then housekeeping put a letter on our door saying that we hadn’t kept room clean . The room was clean it was because they didn’t empty the bins or even come in the room For four days at a time . Al a carte restaurant were great did the Turkish, Italian , Asian. Although the Italian wasn’t Italian at all . Staff were great in them and work hard . Main restaurant where is a buffet is a free for all people push and shove you !! There was not enough staff to clean the tables that some people had eaten at . The amount of food people put on there plates and leave is awful . They push and move you to get it because they think there will not be enough and then leave most of it !! Better organisation is needed on table allocation . Also staff around the pool for the first few days were accepting money off people to Rachel sun beds , I saw this with my own eyes
