Review from a British prospective 🇬🇧 Just spent a week at the hotel the weeks building up to the stay we were starting to get really worried with all the reviews and even contemplated changing the hotel last minute however we were glad we didn’t the hotel was amazing and the staff were all so helpful everywhere you went there was some one cleaning never seen any rubbish or run down parts at all. The food was perfect understandably very Mediterranean but it was all nice we pretty much lived on different grilled meats and salad all week the snack bar around the pool was perfect for the kids burgers pizza hotdogs and chicken and lamb doñor the food was always well presented and not left in a mess once people had taken from it next to the pool bar is a ice cream fridge that is topped up and the kids can go help themselves also over by the kids pool is a fridge full of cold bottles of water for you to take. The rooms were cleaned everyday, we left a tip on the bed and was treated to various towel animals each day and the mini bar filled up which is included not charged The sun beds did get quite busy but not to the extent we had been reading we would go down about 8:30 and always had a choice of beds but you have to accept it in the main summer holidays Now the negatives English is the very last if at all language to be used many nights we were sat at the evening entertainment without a clue what was going on to which is the next negative the evening entertainment they put on acts each night but they were of very low quality and a lot of repetitive dance acts, they had a African dance act and it was over a hour of just banging African style music drove us mad The Micheal Jackson dance night was good tho The beach was poor went down there one evening and came straight back up And finally although it’s not the hotels fault a lot of the guests they attract there were mostly from Russia who were very arrogant they would just barge past you walk into the lifts before you even get out of it, push in lines for the food again not the hotels fault Other than that it was good holiday I would go back to that hotel however I would like to try another area of Turkey maybe abit more English focused Don’t get me wrong the hotel never treated us differently just our language was rarely used We had a late night flight the hotel checked us out at 12 but allowed us to use the facilities included food and drink which I found good we have done Spanish hotels that don’t let you eat and drink after check out so that was nice
