Good hotel for a base but beware the aircon & pool!
Yes the hotel is off the beaten track a little but its only 10 mins max to bars/life. The rooms were clean and the cleaners did a good job. For a base it suited us perfectly. The bar/food was good, little pricey but the staff were friendly. The resident cats were very cute and looked after which I liked a lot Why I marked it down...
- I do not have an issue paying for aircon, it happens BUT if I have to pay for it then let me keep it on all day so I can come back to a cold room. If its 39 degrees outside I really want to come back to a cool room not a warm one and wait for the aircon! Same applied for charging items during the day!
- The pool shut at 6pm!!!! It was still light, still warm and we wanted to cool off (as our room was a million degrees due to point 1) and we were kicked out at 6! At least wait til dusk. We would have spend a lot more in the bar if we could have stayed in the pool for longer!

Great hotel
Just back from two weeks at New Garden Luna this was our first time in Turkey, The hotel was a good choice for us, booked a studio but was allocated an apartment the facilities were very good well equipped, and cleaned every day with bedding and towels every three days, a good bar and restaurant on site with very competitive prices also a small store for basic’s water milk ect, large pool with lots sun bed unfortunately very little shade only a canopy no umbrellas, all the staff where extremely friendly and helpful a credit to the hotel, the hotel is a little out of the way but we soon found our way about, we would return here if we came to Turkey again.

Do not go
Hotel is off the beaten track Rooms are clean and cleaners are great The food is expensive but it’s only a 15 minute walk to the main eating area The pool side was full of people arguing and police were always there Melissa is hardworking and will help with anything you need Omar is nice but overbearing with young female guests The manager on a night is quite rude Mo the barman was drinking most evenings and one lady took off her bikini top and he gave her his number and was seen coming out of her hotel room another girl was with her mother from Denmark and he was taking her out during the day and spending time with her after his shifts he also gave his number to numerous other women another girl Claudia who I got speaking to she is still texting him after her holiday which is very unprofessional I declined his number and told him I was single not desperate at one point he was wearing a wedding ring Dogs barking lots of cats not good at all I would not go back
Relaxing holiday
Myself and my daughter have been here twice, our experience has been lovely, the staff are friendly, approachable and helpful, its a small hotel and quiet for a relaxing holiday, I would recommend.
Great stay
Stayed here for 1 week with my family. Staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough, felt so relaxed at the hotel. It is abit out off the way too main strip, maybe 15 mins walk however they provide bus pickup to private beach. Reception was so helpful when asked about taxis to old town or market. Gave us tips on travel. There was drama with rowdy guests however the staff dealt with this very well. And always had a smile on there face! Food was great at the hotel and reasonably priced. Would stay here again, fab for the price! Staff so lovely considering the guests they had to deal with! So much patience.
