Meniar and rabia Absolutely fantastico and the best person in the hotel
Just got better by the day
Slightly apprehensive about coming here as used to Akra and Barut and booked because these hotels have out priced themselves. On arrival very impressed lovely room although air con was not so good however that suited my husband. Pool area is massive with lots of sun beds and no early rises to get them. Waiter service at pool very good and efficient staff alway asking if we wanted anything. Fridges around the hotel to help yourself with water. Pool bar was our fav as the staff there are amazing and attentive. They made the best drinks and knew how to make decent cocktails as this was an issue at the 3rd level bar where there was no effort in making cocktails and when advised what to put in the we just got told they had none left and could they not get it was advise no. This is regards to making pina coladas as what they made was undrinkable and looked like sick. Beach à la cart amazing, and some nights there were live singers which suited us as the other entertainment was the usual acrobats and dancers. During the day the beach restaurant is excellent for food the staff there are an asset to Paloma as very attentive, efficient and always smiling. At the theatre there is no waiter service and when we when there there was a massive queue for 30 min so we never went back. Restaurant is what you expect lovely selection of breads etc, chef even made me carbonara as there was nothing I liked one night. Chips always cold so ask for them fresh. Night bar in the patisserie if you want a late drink and food , soup amazing. On arrival the reception staff were very nice and sent out cases to our room. Special thanks to Zeynep what a lovely girl and so professional and helpful and asset to Paloma group. Would we go back YES.

Sept 2026 stay
Currently here with my wife for our anniversary. We’d like to give a special mention to Hanife, who works in the 24-hour Bistro Bar. She has been absolutely fantastic throughout our stay.
She is incredibly friendly, attentive and always has a smile on her face. She regularly checks in with us to make sure everything is okay and that we have everything we need, which really makes a difference. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble for her, and her warm and welcoming attitude has made our visits to the bar even more enjoyable.
Excellent service from someone who clearly takes pride in looking after guests. Thank you, Hanife, for making us feel so welcome!

Stayed for 7days and the staff really made you feel welcome from start to finish. Good food and drink options across the hotel at different times of day. Good amenities, decent gym. Great evening entertainment including the live music. Some stand out mentions to: host with the most Zac, most efficient pool bar service from Murat, lovely frozen drinks from Hanife and tasty Gözlemes. Thank you all

Hotel is spotless, very clean and up kept, staff working all around the clock. Cleaning ladies are fab, the rooms were lovely constantly restocked the mini bar. The lady st the bistro who serves ice-cream was lovely! Murat the guy who serves drinks by the pool was brilliant, going around in this heat fast with a smile and with excellent service! Hannife, cocktail making queen at the bistro bar, fabulous drinks and service! The staff af the beach bar also really efficient and funny! Thanks! Would deffo return!!
