Highly recommend. Our best holiday.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Terrace Elite Resort in Turkey and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Our room was lovely and comfortable, and all the public areas, pools and facilities were kept in excellent condition throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic – always friendly, welcoming, polite and ready to help. They really made us feel looked after and added so much to our holiday. The food was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of choices every day. Everything was fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. We also really enjoyed the entertainment. There was always something going on, and the entertainment team worked incredibly hard to make sure everyone was having a good time. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday from beginning to end. Great atmosphere, amazing staff, delicious food, excellent entertainment and exceptional cleanliness. We would definitely recommend Terrace Elite Resort and would happily come back again. Disappointing experience
Firstly I never post reviews but feel the need to on this occasion unfortunately.
Having stayed at liberty lykia last year in belik and our first time in turkey we were blown away by the location, hotel, service and relaxing ambience on the beachfront. We chose turkey again this year at the terrace elite based on the positive reviews.
Day one here and I can honestly say that this does not come near to our experience at liberty.
Everyone has different tastes but I would say this hotel is 3/4 stars and would compare to uk butlins.
This score is judged against all the 5* hotels that we have stayed at when booking with TUI.
As soon as we walked into our room at 0100 hrs, we immediately observed the poor conditions that do not rate a 5*.
Cracked mirrors on the wall, grout between tiles in the bathroom was black in most places when the original colour is light grey.
Visible stains on the paint work by our bed. All these things visible without close inspection.
Parts of the hotel were lovely and visibly welcoming, like the lobby.
I would not wanted to have stayed here at peak season, as I feel that there was no way I would have gotten two sun loungers without camping out from 0500. Not relaxing at all.
In all a great deal of disappointment for what was for us anticipated to be a relaxing holiday at the end of a busy few months in work. The outside space is limited and loungers are difficult to find. The music is loud and overpowering and there is no area for relaxation. Our room is run down, broken mirrors, stained tiling and a random toothpick under a pillow with a coarse blanket only as a cover.
I don’t smoke but everyone does here which is not pleasant trying to have a meal outdoors.
I appreciate that there will be some wear and tear around the hotel, but the amount of smashed patio tiles for a 5* hotel, around the pool is not in keeping with a 5* establishment.
Great holiday
We had an amazing holiday at the Terrace Elite Resort, largely thanks to the wonderful staff. The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our entire stay.A special thank you goes to Sofia from Guest Relations. She is an absolute star! Sofia was incredibly attentive, professional, and went completely out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed with a constant smile.The animation team also deserves a huge shout out. Their energy was contagious, bringing non-stop fun to both the daytime activities and evening entertainment.We highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic atmosphere, cleanliness and outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to return!I

BAD ATTITUDE STAFF
My family are here now not impressed on arrival given a disabled room not told this was for first night only so unpacked then told got to move not great start with small child. Now in a small room with a view of loading bay not a great start to what is their honeymoon. Poor attitude towards them by staff too probably because they are a young couple. Don’t move customers around without some sort of better room if you’ve made the mistake of putting them in a disabled room. Told them to talk to Jet2 rep as hotel not accommodating. Good job it wasn’t me you were moving that’s all I can say. Please try and rectify this
a successful holiday
We had a very enjoyable stay! The rooms are spacious and cleaned regularly. The food is tasty, with a great variety of dishes. There are interesting activities and entertainment during the day, and fantastic shows every evening. The staff are polite and friendly, while the bartenders are funny, welcoming, and make really good drinks.
A big plus is the beach – it is sandy, with a gentle entrance into the sea, and the hotel bus runs there very frequently. The pool is also nice, although it can be a little crowded when it comes to sun loungers, and the pool water could be warmer.
The biggest downside is the elevator – there is only one for the entire wing of the hotel, so sometimes you have to wait quite a while. Fortunately, there are stairs.
The hotel is definitely focused on families with children, with plenty of attractions and activities for the little ones.
A very special and huge thank you to Sofi from Guest Relations for her incredible dedication, help, and attitude towards guests. Sofi was always willing to help with every request, even the smallest one. She was always kind, friendly, smiling, and ready to assist. People like her truly make the atmosphere of the hotel special!
Overall, we had a very positive experience and would happily come back again.
