Our hotel is 18 km from the pearl of the Mediterranean; Alanya,. It is in the Türkler district, famous for its sand beaches , 5 km to the center of Avsallar and Konaklı, 90 km to the Antalya airport, 60 km to the Gazipaşa Airport. Our facility, which was opened in 2011, consists of 2-storey 5 main buildings and 3-storey 5 villas. Our hotel has 470 rooms. All of our rooms are decorated with modern furnishings, with everything our guests could need for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday. You can have cool atmosphere every morning with our daily breakfast buffet service and enjoy fresh seafood and local dishes in our restaurants, We offer refreshing drinks and snacks in the bars. You can make your holiday enjoyable together with delicious food in1 Main Restaurant and 5 A'la Carte Restaurants; Ottoman Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Asian Cuisine and Grill Cuisine

Good if you go with children
Location of the resort is about 1,5 hrs from the Antalya airport (depending on the traffic). It was our first experience with "Ultra all inclusive" Turkish resorts. Cannot understand where the 5 stars come from, it seemed max 3,5 at best. Plenty of food but not so much variety. Coffee: only nescafe based drinks, not a single place where you can drink real coffee - except Starbucks which is on the "island" and you have to pay for. Drinks: beer and wine included. In the lobby bar and "bistro" bar you can get also some spirits, other drinks (cocktails) in all other locations you have to pay for. A constant feeling of "cash grab" everywhere, starting from the first contact with the receptionist who tried to "upgrade" us to another room in the "eftalia sol" for 70 euro. Freshly squeezed orange juice available during breakfast / lunch / dinner for 2 EUR / glass. Room was cleaned daily and minibar refilled. Plenty of slides to choose from, especially on the "island", but some of them were open only for 2 hrs/day. Our room was on the exterior - some nights were noisy. Good if you go with children thanks to the slides. Will not return.

Great holiday!
Great hotel, very clean, food hit or a miss but you will always find something! Entertainment team very friendly! Rita has looked after us and holds a special place in my heart my heart now, my grandkids absolutely adore her! We love you Rita!!! Plenty shopping on the doorstep too! Our housekeeper was also amazing, had kids so excited to get back to see what towel art she left them! She was so lovely kids and always had time to speak to kids! All in all, would recommend!

Part time all inclusive
Clean friendly but poor food options part time all inclusive bars and ice creams times lots but limited ice creams 1st come 1st served, very slippery round the pools many injured kids and staff start packing beds away 39 mins early ,dibt expect to come and get away without spending money, won't be coming back
