We've had a really lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful. The staff work so, so hard to keep the place clean. It was incredibly busy, so pool area and restaurant were busy.
The hotel is huge- so much to do an see. Food has been great. So much choice. Main restaurant has something for everyone and a designated area for children. There are numerous snacks available throughout the day and night, both at the hotel and over at the Island! The 'Street Food' court at the Island was great!! The other Food court there was really lovely for lunch, too!
We didn't see much entertainment as we travelled as a large party of families, but what we did see was great. Something happening at the main pool/bar and island all day, and again of an evening.
We upgraded to a bigger room- well worth it for more space, however, the rooms are well equipped with lots of storage.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The lifeguards have been incredible!! Both keeping the pool safe and taking care of people that were either unwel or had a bump (which does happen due to slippery floors). There's a large shopping area within the hotel.
The drinks were OK- local beer, gin, Vodka, Whiskey. This wasn't available at all bars. Lobby bar had best choice for variety.
There seemed to be plenty of sunbeds. We'd generally get a place by 9.30am (8am on the Island). They were very close together to fit everyone in.
Very good location, great atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and clean, the staff and cleaners are so friendly. The Lifeguards are fantastic and the food is lovely, especially delicious down the Island.
Very happy with ours holiday, food lovely room clean every day
By far the worst holiday we've had in turkey.
We were lied to and ripped off upon checking in. Told its €50 for a pool view otherwise it's a street view. We took up the option, our friends didn't. Yet we both got pool view. Went back to reception and the guy wanted to fight. We've had a tablet stolen from the room. We've all been violently sick. The food is horrendous. Avoid like the plague
I am originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina and have been spending my summer holidays in Turkey with my family for many years. I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the country, as part of my mother’s family lives in Turkey.
When it comes to hotels and tourism in general, my sincere advice to anyone coming from a European country is to consider Turkey as an excellent destination for both relaxation and entertainment. My recommendation is simple: come and experience for yourself the exceptional level of service, hospitality, and warmth that Turkey has to offer.
Turkey offers many things that are simply not available in a large number of European countries, which is one of the reasons why I continue to return year after year.
Come and see for yourself—you will not be disappointed.
