We are completely satisfied with the hotel and the even though he's mixing good cocktails we enjoyed with Turcan
Unsafe, privacy violated and sexual assault in women is accepted
Location terrible, unsafe atmosphere, staff allow women to be sexually abused, staff enter rooms at night when the when sleep sign and do not disturb are blatantly visible. Animal cruelty parrots distressed pulling out feathers, chickens all left with no food or water. Stray cats all through the hotel lobby and restaurant with gunky eyes and fleas. Was denighed a refund for excursions which I physically could not attend due to multiple Epileptic seizures due to the trauma and stress. Not safe, dangerous and certainly not 5 stars, to be honest the place needs bulldozing. We are leaving 4 days early and are escalating this to the very top. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hamza is the best
We had a great vacation on Kahya Resort. We really enjoyed the time with Hamza. He made our time very special with his good service and jokes.
Spa is unreal!!
The spa was lovely!! I really recommend, the ladies were absolutely lovely. Very lovely experience and I fell asleep many times lol!
Great service coffee house
Mine Was extremely plwaent and her service was excellent, took the time to explain everything available too us, and is a credit to the hotel
