Lovely hotel ruined with very loud music
We stayed in this hotel in September. Our room was spacious and had lots of storage and was kept immaculately clean and well supplied with towels throughout. Breakfast and lunch were enjoyable. However the evening meal was, at best, ‘ordinary’ - but it by, for the most part, it was poor. The staff at this hotel - especially the waitresses were absolutely lovely - a pleasure to be around. A very special shout out to Kader - always ready with a lovely smile and always keen to go the extra mile. However, the main problem was the incredibly loud music around the pool. It was unbearable. We couldn’t hear our own music through our AirPods at times! Complaints were made by us and others and were ignored. Loud music continued in the evenings with a “DJ”. As soon as she started - we beat a hasty retreat. No wonder the bar is largely empty. When we visited I would say most people were older - this sort of “boom boom” music was entirely inappropriate and this fact alone will, sadly, stop us returning. Such a shame.
VERY UNSAFE HOTEL.
gold bracelet stolen from room & management is ignoring us ! we stayed at hillstone bodrum and left a very valuable cartier-style gold bracelet in our room .housekeeping was entering to arrange clothes and change linens .after checking out we realized it was missing .we contacted the management and asked for a door lock audit (key audit ), but they have been completely ignoring our emails for days ! very unsafe hotel. do not trust them with your belongings .
Perfect stay
What an amazing hotel this was. The views over Bodrum were spectacular. The staff couldn't do enough for you, Cevriue on customer service was so helpful giving us all the information about the hotel, meal times and restaurants we could use. Brilliant choice for breakfast and evening meals.She also showed us the smaller pool which was so quiet and peaceful, a majestic find. The bigger pool was also bliss and was beautifully lit in the evening. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We walked into the centre of Bodrum every day, turn right out the hotel and follow the back road. Yes it's a steep climb coming back up, but the exercise did me good. Loved our stay was very relaxing. Loving all the cats particularly the kittens.

Bodrum dreams
Breathtaking views from a wonderful hotel, with the most amazing staff. Rooms were spacious, cleaned daily, the pool area is amazing, comfortable loungers around pool, views over Bodrum Resort and the island of Kos. 5 min taxi ride into bodrum 300 tlr, arranged by the lovely staff on reception. The breakfast staff were so welcoming and helpful and always greeted you with a warm smile. The Bar tenders were cheerful, chatty and nothing was too much. And finally the main dining room staff again always welcomed you with a smile and kind words ( the 2 sisters) in there always enquiring how your day had been. We will definitely be back one day and can’t thank you all enough for making our stay that bit more special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
