We come to Bodrum every season for our holidays, but this was our first stay at this hotel, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From beginning to end, we thoroughly enjoyed every detail and had an unforgettable holiday.

The service quality and the food were truly outstanding. All the staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to guest satisfaction. In particular, Mr. Kadir, the Bellboy, and the Guest Relations team were always there to make our stay more enjoyable and comfortable, offering their support with great sincerity and going above and beyond whenever needed.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the hotel’s services, the attentiveness of the staff, and the facilities provided. We truly felt special and valued throughout our stay.

We would especially like to recognize General Manager Özgür Akın, Operations Manager Uğur Koçkar, and Tuğba Saraç, the Guest Relations Manager, whose leadership and commitment to excellence are evident throughout every aspect of the property. The exceptional standard of hospitality, attention to detail and seamless guest experience clearly reflect a culture of service that begins at the top and carries through the entire team.

From the moment we entered our room, the exquisite welcome amenities immediately set the tone for our stay. The thoughtful presentation, generous assortment and attention to every detail were remarkable. In fact, there is a wonderful sense of abundance throughout The Norm Le Chic—an abundance of amenities, beautiful spaces, exceptional food, thoughtful touches and attentive service. Nothing ever feels limited or overlooked. Everything is generously provided, beautifully presented and designed around the comfort and enjoyment of the guest.

What distinguishes The Norm Le Chic Bodrum even more than its beautiful surroundings is its exceptional service and genuine Turkish hospitality. From reception and guest services to the exquisite Chakra Spa, restaurants, housekeeping, and beach and pool teams, every single person went above and beyond to ensure an extraordinary experience.

A very special thank you as well to Selin in Guest Relations, who handled our arrival requests beautifully, including arranging an exquisite floral bouquet for my special celebration, and to Ercan, the Restaurant Manager, whose warmth, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail truly elevated our stay. The hotel’s restaurants and breakfast buffet were incredible, with impeccable food quality and beautiful presentation. We wanted for absolutely nothing.

The entire team went above and beyond to make my special celebration incredibly memorable, with thoughtful touches and extraordinary attention throughout our stay. They didn’t simply accommodate our requests—they made us feel truly celebrated and personally cared for. We felt less like hotel guests and more like catered guests at a private luxury estate.

The property itself is spectacular, privately nestled in an elevated setting with breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The beautifully designed rooms, lush landscaping, exceptional facilities, pristine beach and pools all come together seamlessly. Golf carts are readily available to transport guests throughout the expansive estate, making everything effortless while preserving the privacy and tranquility that make the resort so special.

The location is equally exceptional—just a short 10-minute drive to Bodrum Marina and a beautifully scenic 30-minute drive to the upscale Yalıkavak Marina, home to magnificent superyachts, luxury boutiques and waterfront restaurants. It provides the perfect balance: easy access to the very best of Bodrum while allowing you to retreat to the privacy, serenity and exclusivity of this beautiful property.

And then there are the panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and Bodrum skyline—simply perfection. The setting is breathtaking, peaceful and incredibly romantic, with spectacular views throughout the property.
