ONE BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO! We had three rooms booked and upon arrival all were still dirty. Taps had old toothpaste on them, mirrors had full hand prints, beds and linen had hair (see pic). We asked for gluten free options as my youngest has a gluten allergy and were told we could meet with chef. This did not happen. The food was not labelled and when we asked for plain boiled rice without barley, they asked to meet us in our room and never attended. My daughter has autoimmune liver disease and is celiac. We had to spend a significant amount of money to ensure she was able to eat on a fully paid all inclusive holiday. When I asked if hotel could boil the pasta we brought from home, staff simply disappeared into the back and did not return. Met with gen manager who said she would rectify. Rooms were tidied but had same sheets and toothpaste and marks on mirrors were still there. Also they added a complimentary dirty blue rag to the room - see pic. We complained that bar staff were rude and mocking my daughter and other guests. Manager offered superficial platitudes but he was still working there, still being rude. We asked if we could be transferred to sister hotel next door and were told it would be 70 euro per person per day to use facilities only - they had no rooms. There were 6 of us. My daughters partner than wrote a trip advisor review and our whole group was constantly and consistently harassed by the entire management team. They kept cornering us individually and showed multiple screenshots of senior management complaining to on site management about review, we did not have more than 15 minutes being left alone by staff on the last day. They immediately offered us use of sister hotel facilities and late check out, where plain boiled rice was clearly labelled and the facilities were much cleaner, they were obviously able to accommodate food allergies here but not at our hotel. This was our last day and the only time my daughter was able to eat the food from our “all inclusive” holiday. Management staff harassed for the entirety of our last day and stood over my daughters partner until he removed the reviews saying it was not a fair review. Saying that his review was his right to an opinion did not help and they doubled down on harassing us. This has by far been the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I have stayed in hostels in developing countries. The staff were so rude to guests, openly mocking them which was vile to see. The only time they weren’t scowling was when they were mocking guests. Food allergies were not accommodated and the food in general was pure slop. We could see that burger from lunch time were cut and added to a tomato sauce for dinner. The salad from previous night was served for breakfast. Drinks were limited to gin or vodka but this always ran out at lunchtime and miraculously reappeared after dinner, after which there was barely an hour left of service. In stark contrast our last day at sister hotel had a lovely young girl behind the bar who was smiley and engaging. She did not seem to have same supply issues as next door. The management were given multiple opportunities to offer solutions to our complaints but ignored until the review was posted. Once they saw the review they offered some complimentary solutions however this was overshadowed by the entire management team hovering around us like the flies in their dining area.
Avoid this hotel! Poor service, repetitive food, outdated rooms and no support from TUI
It is quite clean, and the food is tasty. The main advantage is that the sea is just a stone's throw away. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Aiday, the assistant, is a lovely and charming young woman who can help resolve any issue.
We stayed at Dragut Point North and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel is nothing like the photos online – it’s dirty, run down, and poorly maintained.
Our first room was tiny, filthy, and looked onto a wall. It was so cramped, and there was no hot water. When we asked to move rooms or pay for an upgrade, we were told no, and even our request to move to the sister hotel (and pay the difference) was refused.
The restaurant was dirty, the food was unappealing, and we didn’t feel comfortable eating there. It got so bad that we paid for another hotel for two nights just to get some rest.
On the fourth day, after returning, we were finally offered a slightly bigger room with a small sea view and wristbands to use the sister hotel, Dragut Point South. Unbelievable to think these are ran by the same people
Although this is only a 3-star hotel, there is absolutely no excuse for the dirt, filth, and unhygienic conditions at Dragut Point North.
The hotel is a 2 star hotel not a 3 star one.
The cooked buffet food , was often cold , and not very appealing.
The room we had , was supposed to have a sea view. But you could just about make out the sea through the leaves of a giant palm tree.
The staff however, were helpful courteous and were trying to make the best of a very average hotel.
Overall the hotel was overpriced, and the description on love holidays, was misleading.
