Dragut Point South Hotel

Within 2 hours I managed to experience the entire hotel facilities , and its too horrible to let my family suffer more and checked out , lets start :

1. Dirty bed sheets
2. Old rusty bathroom appliances
3. Dirty massage rooms
4. Old dirty rusty small GYM
5. it was time for lunch and it was cheap prepared lunch buffet that I wouldn’t let my family eat.

I can go on its a long list , but as I mentioned to the guests relations manager and receptionist Im here to relax on my vacation and Im not here to try and make my family suffer so I booked a better nearby hotel and checked out regardless their NONE REFUNDABLE FEES , I also promised that this will be addressed in the hotel reviews

The photos look stunning but they must be the promotional pics when it first opened. The rooms are shabby & dated, which I can deal with - we went at the end of the season. They are also dirty & it is not surface dust. There is a jacuzzi bath as it claims but it was disgusting. All the jets had mould & scum (presumably limescale) around them. The bath itself was stained, the bath panel was cracked & all the sealant was covered in black mould. Despite being on the 1st floor so clearly visible from the pool/entertainment area, we had no curtains on arrival. Reception sent the handyman who put a four foot curtain up at the 12 foot drop. We complained via his translator app but he just said sorry we must put up with it for tonight. Housekeeping changed the curtain the next day but as the lad finished putting it up, he knocked some of the curtain off the rail where he hadn't put a stopper. He shrugged & left the room. We had to use hair clips to secure cover over the window to maintain our dignity - no one wants to see 2 oldies in the buff!
The hotel rep met us the next day but told us he wouldn't have any trips we would be interested in, so we booked our own outside the hotel. No staff spoke English, not even reception which meant we did not pick up information on the local area etc. This is probably not the case in the height of the season but there were very few staff there last week. All these things in isolation are relatively minor, even funny BUT the food is something else. It wasn't just repetative as all inclusive can be, it was downright disgusting. Tasteless, poorly presented in dirty trays & the salad had a fly in it on day 1 & a dead green grasshopper type bug on day 2. We had to eat out everyday which put a massive strain on our holiday money.
