This attractively designed hotel lies within metres of Calis Beach and is surrounded by a natural lagoon, enjoying cooling sea breezes and superb sunsets. The centre of Calis is just less than 2 km away, while the market town of Fethiye just is 5 km and both can be easily reached by means of public transport. Cafe bars and restaurants can be reached by taking a pleasant 10 -15 minute walk along the beach and promenade. The resort is sure to impress visitors with spacious surroundings, beautiful décor and excellent services. The modern and beautifully designed rooms, some of which have direct access to the sparkling outside pool, guests can benefit from a good range of facilities and entertainment amenities in spacious surroundings. Patrons may enjoy delicious dishes at the hotel restaurant, which might be followed by a drink from the bar. Those who seek relaxation may balance body and soul at the on-site spa.

Jiva 2026
It was peaceful and welcoming . The hotel is very grounded in its nature theme which adds a sense of serenity. The rooms are more than enough. Beds are large, cleaning staff do a great job & it’s cosy. Everything around the resort is well maintained and clean. The resort itself is around 20 minutes walk from nearby shops and a beach “strip”. Even with events constantly going on through out the day , you can still find a quiet space to relax. They have water sport & boat tour team that have loads of different prices at an additional cost (would recommend the boat tours!)
The staff & bar service is brilliant, catering and food variety is great & all around great experience. Me and my partner would happily come every year!
Another Fantastic Stay
We have visited many, many times …. The Staff, food, entertainment and cleanliness of this place is amazing ! Throughout the years, its standards have not dropped . So many staff are employed here, you never have to wait for anything . And they all work so hard . I must mention : Rodney, DJ Iron, Corby and Baise (forgive spelling ) - top job ! So enthusiastic, hard working and kind . Keep strumming Hotel California on that guitar, Rodders (your way, or My Way ?). Deniz - mainly at the Beach bar, always knowing my drink and always smiling - thank you ! Busra (Guest Relations), from the moment we arrived with a warm and friendly smile - nothing was too much trouble for her . Mr Tayfun - restaurant, we loved you ! Jade (Yoga Lady), very professional and a charming person to know …. We could go on …… The Jiva is located in a quaint area, not too busy but close to hand for Fethiye and surrounding areas if needed . A taxi rank is right outside the hotel and buses pass the hotel, running all around the local areas … We will see you again next year Jiva, David 👍🏻

A splendid holiday, one you’ll always remember
We’ve been holidaying in Turkey for almost 2 decades and have stayed in so many different hotels. Yet, none of them have compared to Jiva Hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It surpassed expectations. The hotel staff, facilities, food, even quality of other guests were brilliant.
They went above and beyond for all our needs, there was a variety of food (delicious food) everyday (not too salty nor too sweet), the rooms were brilliant, the staff helpful, and the experience was unforgettable. I’m sure this hotel will continue to flourish and we’ll be back each year.
To simplify, it’s evident the hotel owner has travelled around the world and stayed in different hotels and has used most of the success stories and corrected the disaster stories and implemented what works for this hotel. (Either they have or hired the experienced people to advise them on this).
And a massive thank you to all the staff for ensuring we had a splendid holiday and a heartfelt thank you to their guest relations teams for making this an unforgettable holiday for my kid. Thank you.

Jiva Beach Resort is Fethiye’s gem you need to examine!
First time in Fethiye and so lucky we chose Jiva Beach Resort for our family autumn vacation! The hotel impressed us from the first step : we wanted some cosy, warm place to stay at and we got it ) Impression wouldn’t be full had we not have a chance to meet Samira at the reception - she is one of the triangle’s corners we loved this place so much! Thanks to her mothercare attitude and extreme professional attitude to our request and needs - I really would like to thank you on behalf of all our family members, so truly we are impressed by your support! Second corner is the food : just what we like , solid menu for all tastes, peculiar attitude to details , delicious desserts and memorable theme nights! The last but not the least - service : excellent to my experience! Next time to Turkey - only to Jiva!
