Another blissful stay, at our favourite family run place
Just had another stay, I think our 10th over last 14 years. This is the only place we have ever stayed at more than once. Friendly family run apartments, with so many repeat clients it’s like a big family reunion whenever we go. Fantastic freshly cooked food from Rose’s kitchen, available for breakfast lunch and dinner, traditional style apartments in varying sizes, kept exceptionally clean, and a beautiful well designed pool area with lots of comfy sunbed and swinging chairs and parasols for shade. Hospitality from Fatih, Kaan and Rose is what makes this place so special; a place to chill and unwind. 10-15 minute walk to centre of Dalyan where you can find shops, bars, restaurants, boat trips, and people watch.

Visited in Aug 24, after a great holiday here in 2017. Excellent, friendly, intimate family run Apart Hotel. Fatih and the family work tirelessly to ensure guests have a great time. Nothing is too much of a problem for him. Highly recommend.
Great family friendly apart hotel.
We were collected from the airport by a private hire taxi arranged by Fatih. Great, spacious car with air conditioning. We arrived at lunchtime and our room was ready. Greeted by friendly Kaan, who showed us to our two bedroomed apartment. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The beds were decorated with flowers from the garden. The kitchen is well equipped, full sized fridge freezer, hob, kettle and sink. Two full sized sofas, table and chairs. Air conditioning. Two safes for no fee. Balcony with table and chairs. Space to dry you clothes outside (with pegs).
The pool is a good size. Plenty of sunbeds. All areas well kept and cleaned. The food and drinks offer plenty of choice. The food is freshly cooked and delicious. Our girls especially liked the pancakes. Rose, Kaan, Fatih and Katherine are all very friendly and happy to help advise or share local knowledge. We have booked for next year before we left. Great holiday, from a great hotel. Thank you.

A perfect place to stay
Stayed in a Fatih apartments 1 bedroom apartment for 2 nights after leaving my previous hotel due to the air con not working. The air con in Fatih apartments room number 04 was amazing and boy did I sleep well here because it was so cool. The apartment was modern, with a rain shower, shower cubicle, shampoo, soaps and shower gels provided, double bed, nice balcony with a clothes line and pegs provided. A safe was also included in the price as was the air con. I paid £50 per night which for August is great value. The communal areas are well kept and clean. There is a lovely pool with plenty of cushioned sunbeds, parasols and swing chairs. There are even sunbeds in the shallows of the pool. Fatih was a very pleasant host as was his mother. They speak excellent English and will help you as much as possible. His mum was proud to tell me they were the 1st hotel in Dalyan 35 years ago. On my departure day they gave me the key to another apartment so I could have a shower before my late departure. Thank you so much for a lovely stay
An excellent place to unwind after a stressful year
As a seasoned traveller, I would give 10/10 because I had nothing to complain about , this is rare for me. The family are so lovely and cannot do enough for you . The Hotel is always clean and the food is excellent The bar is great for meeting people and a perfect end to the day with one for the road , shared with other guests
