This hotel is located by the Dalyan River, in quiet, peaceful surroundings, set in a large gardens. Built in 2004 and renovated in 2009, this hotel is Dutch-owned, and this is reflected in the European/Turkish design. Set in beautiful gardens, it has a relaxing atmosphere and is suitable or families. It comprises a total of 37 rooms including 8 junior suites, spread over a main building and an annexe, each with 2 floors. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom and a TV lounge as well as a large screen TV on the terrace. The younger guests can enjoy the children's playground and refreshment is to be had at the café, bar and large indoor and outdoor restaurant. Little gem
This is our 2nd time at this amazing hotel and it wont be our last. Every single member of staff go above and beyond. The owner and little dog are always there too. Rooms spotless, food amazing xx
Excellent hotel, perfect location in a superb town.
Spent two weeks at this hotel with my wife. We have only been to Turkey once before and stayed in Dalyan at a different hotel first time. This time we stayed at Portakal and that turned out to be a great decision. The team and the management are so helpful, everything just runs perfectly. The place is spotless. The food excellent. The location about as good as it gets for the mix of quiet nature with a short walk to the town centre. We have travelled a bit over the two holidays it Turkey and Dalyan is still the best place we have been, and the hotel slots right in to that relaxed lively vibe. HIGHLY recommend this hit. Thank you.
The best hotel in Dalyan
This is our fourth visit to the hotel .It is amazing , immaculately clean and the staff are like friends .Excellent service from everybody ,Eyup ,Ram ,Mo ,Azaz and the owners work hard to keep this hotel perfect .Lovely pool and the riverside garden is lovely to relax in and watch the boats go by .The hotel is in a great position ,easy walk to the town and can even catch the water taxi outside .A lot of the guests were returning guests and we have made great friends and already planning to return next year .Must say thank you to the cleaners for keeping our room so clean and not forgetting the lovely ladies in the kitchen who prepare and present a delicious breakfast . Perfect
We have just returned from a two week break at this wonderful hotel, it being our second visit. Portakal has beautiful grounds, its spotlessly clean, great staff and plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are a good size, theyre really quiet overnight, even the aircon has a quiet setting. Its a short pleasant walk to the nearest supermarket and first of many restaurants. We've stayed in a few hotels in Dalyan, this has become our favourite, we'll be returning guests at some point.

We loved it here
We had a lovely time at portakal. All staff were lovely and helpful the hotel is spotless and very relaxing. The pool is beautiful and overlooking the river. Facilities are great and the areas are maintained to a high standard. We are already looking at a deal for next year and only came home last night.
