A lovely hotel, but we would have loved a little more of Turkey
We had a really lovely family holiday at TUI BLUE Sensatori Akra Fethiye. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and well run. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard, and we couldn’t fault the service.
The buffet offered a huge selection and the food was exceptionally fresh and beautifully presented, although the restaurant could become extremely crowded at peak times.
The only thing we felt was missing was a stronger sense of actually being in Turkey. The resort is very heavily geared towards British tourists, both in its entertainment and general atmosphere. We would have loved to hear some Turkish music, see some local entertainment and experience a little more Turkish culture within the hotel. At times it felt as though the resort could have been anywhere in the world.
Overall, though, this is an excellent hotel and we had a wonderful stay. The cleanliness, staff and quality of the food deserve particular praise. A little more Turkish character and culture would have made it five stars for us.

Excellent hotel and resort
From start to finish excellent service we had late flight got there early hours everyone was hungry restaurant open all night freshly cooked food beautiful drinks our cases were took to our rooms we were a group of 16 my 6 year old grandson autistic they cooked chicken especially for him every night no trouble whatsoever nothing was to much trouble you sat down for breakfast served straight away with tea juices whatever you need I could go on and on with all positive you don’t have to leave hotel but if you do shops straight across road supermarket discount store and everything you need with no hassle spotless rooms the cleaners are cleaning constantly if any sand goes on walkway it’s swept away it’s 5 star but feels like 6 but what I love about it is you feel comfortable you don’t have to dress up if you want to wear shorts at night you can and if you have children with sen choose this hotel hence our group of 16 are very depressed leaving this hotel behind we wished we had booked longer than a week see you next year xxx
2nd time
I just want to say what a lovely time we had again , from the time we arrived to the time we went home . We like the new adults restuarant and i want to say we had a very good waiter called Surcan who was very friendly always spoke to us . off cause Hakan who is now at the beach bar When he saw he remembered us from last year which was really nice and in the evening at the beach bar Dennis who again we met last year was also very friendly and helpful. So we will be back next year

Great spa service
Good family hotel. We mostly enjoy the beach and the spa service was great. Hamdi at the spa centre explained and recommended a package for us and it was enjoyable.
Not friendly at all.
The only thing good about this hotel is the food.Turkish staff not very helpful tiu rep not bad.had a swim up room which the steps were faulty very lose lost my footing ended up in hospital. Ask if I could get a cabana free of charge for the last 2 day's was offered 10%of the price which are 80 euros per day.there was no compassion as I couldn't use the swim up and it took 2 day's to fix and never even told me.all I asked for was a sunbed to be kept for me near the steps as I can't walk just a few yards but they wouldn't even do that and I wasn't getting up at 5.00 in the morning to reserved one which I witnessed people putting towels down. I won't be back not a 5 star more like a 3.. Esther Cochrane.
