Sahra Su Holiday Village and Spa

Just returned from a weeks holiday here and i’m already wanting to re book for next year! The surroundings of this hotel are beautiful with views of the mountains around you. The hotel is located just 5 minutes in a taxi from Hisaronu and 10 minutes from Oludeniz. Plenty to do in this area of Turkey but also great if you’re wanting to stay in the hotel and chill. The entertainment team, Oscar and Carlos, were amazing and as you speak to other guests you can see just how much of a positive impact they have in the hotel. So friendly, kind and amazing getting people to join in with the activities. They work really hard all day with there only being the two of them and they’re always smiling around the hotel, making sure all guests are okay and it really adds a more personal touch to this hotel. Bar staff, chefs, reception team, waiters, cleaners and all members working here are just the loveliest, most accommodating people. They really couldn’t do enough for you. Our room wasn’t huge but was plenty of room for me and my friend, and it was cleaned everyday. Food was great, I felt the selection really catered for all. Plenty fresh salads, traditional Turkish food but also generic English style food for those who still want that. All inclusive drinks menu was also great with a good selection, which at some hotels they lack. Frank, who will be missed at the hotel, was great for booking any excursions with and he sorted everything out so if was easy to go and do activities such as beach days, boat trips, day trips etc. It’s a shame the hotel no longer have him as he was a great asset to the team. There is some general wear around the hotel which could do with some maintenance but nothing which affected the holiday in the slightest. Overall i can’t recommend this hotel enough. We ended up forming such great friendships with other guests in the hotel and looked forward to the daily darts games! Would 100% book again. What an amazing week we’ve just had. Booked this holiday very last minute with my friend and paid roughly £500 each, everything included. Due to how cheap it was we weren’t expecting much but we got the absolute opposite. The hotel has the most beautiful surroundings and the views are something you’d never get bored of. We received a very warm welcome by the reception staff and that continued throughout the whole holiday by all employees of the hotel. Nothing was ever too much and everyone was so friendly and polite. The room was slightly on the small side but nothing that impacted our stay at all. It was clean but could have done with a small refurbishment. Many pool areas throughout the hotel, main pool, kids pool, adults pool and then some rooms had their own private pool. So many activities to take part in throughout the day including aqua sports and games, table tennis, darts, gym, spa, sauna etc! The entertainment team were so welcoming and such a laugh, Oscar and Carlos, thank you for making our holiday fun! Sky and Pikachu are a must visit down in the spa, what a lovely lady and her pet bird!
Plenty of food choices with traditional Turkish dishes, English picky bits and salad. And sooo many cakes! All in all, we had such an amazing week, met some beautiful friends for life and I would 1000% return back to this hotel. Thank you everyone 🫶🏼
