Fantastic Stay – Outstanding Manager and Wonderful Staff!

We had another fantastic stay at Nicholas Park Hotel in Hisarönü and would happily return. A special mention has to go to the hotel manager, Durmuş, who is without a doubt the best hotel manager I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about his guests. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he always goes above and beyond to help. Thanks to the massive help and kindness of Durmuş, we're already looking forward to returning for our third stay this September.

We've stayed at Nicholas Park Hotel twice before, and every visit has been just as enjoyable as the last. It's a place that really feels like home, and that's down to the fantastic team who work so hard to make every guest feel welcome. All of the staff are amazing – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. They create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained. The spa is excellent and definitely worth a visit if you want to relax during your stay. The food and drinks are exactly what you'd expect from an all-inclusive hotel, with a good selection available throughout the day.

The location is perfect for enjoying everything Hisarönü has to offer. It's just a 5-minute walk downhill to the lively strip, where you'll find fantastic shopping, nightlife, pubs, bars, and restaurants. The only thing to bear in mind is that the hotel is situated at the top of a hill, so the walk back is uphill. If you have limited mobility or don't fancy the climb, taxis are very cheap and easy to get. There's a taxi call button on the tree just outside reception that connects you to the local taxi rank, and there's also a taxi rank on the strip for your return journey. It only costs a few lira, making it a very convenient option.

Overall, we had another amazing holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nicholas Park Hotel to anyone visiting Hisarönü. A huge thank you to Durmuş and all of the wonderful staff for making every stay so memorable. We can't wait to see you all again in September for our third visit!

First of all, this was our first time choosing this hotel. It was a wonderful holiday. My family and I had a great time. You wake up in the morning surrounded by the sounds of birds in the middle of the forest.

The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are much better and more varied compared to what is usually offered in a 3-star hotel. The choices of fish, meat, chicken, turkey, and vegetable dishes were more than enough. There are many varieties of salads and cold appetizers. The desserts are good, but they could add more variety.

There are 3 swimming pools, and there is enough space for everyone. The only problem is the sunbeds. There are not enough sunbeds available. Another thing that needs improvement is the chairs in the restaurant. There are many broken chairs. Even the chair on our room balcony was broken. New ones should be added as soon as possible because you can hurt yourself or get caught on the broken parts.

The animation activities were enjoyable. The volleyball during the day is very entertaining. At the snack bar, there are hamburgers, pizza, nuggets, and French fries. You should definitely try them. Make sure you taste Emin Usta’s pides.

Finally, I can say this: if you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and relaxing holiday with your family, you should definitely come here.

Another fantastic holiday at Nicholas Park. Everything was perfect and the staff again amazing. I have to say this year the entertainment had very much improved I feel management have listened to their customers. If I have a negative which stood out was the sip and dip poolside toilets where was the lovely lady who kept them spotless? We really noticed things had gone down without her keeping on top of things. Fantastic hotel we will be returning as we do every year. Thank you Nicholas Park for another perfect holiday 🥰
